Preferred Choice Escrow

As first time home buyers, we were told this was our escrow company. This company felt rather distant and awkward. People answered the phone there without giving their name. I don’t think we ever spoke to our account manager, Brenda Steeves. I don’t think we ever received a call from them. Just one day, we received a fedex packet from them containing HOA docs and some forms to fill out, sign, then mail back.
Their Suite number is listed as 1410 here on Unilocal,but their actual suite is 320. I had sent them a message a month ago to correct it on Unilocal,after we rode their elevator a few times looking for a suite that didn’t exist. As of this writing, they have still not corrected their suite number.
The one shining star was their Notary Public, Michael Conrad. He was very professional and totally on point. He called us and we scheduled a next-​day appointment. He masterfully answered every question we had allowing us to breeze through the otherwise bizarre final loan docs. This guy is absolutely 5-​stars. We were lucky to work with him.

Heather Jones is one of the most efficient, capable and personable escrow officers I have ever worked with. She handled concurrent closings smoothly, and managed to keep all parties happy in the bargain. I recommend her company very highly.

The real estate and mortgage industry can be a stressful with so many ups and downs. The one thing that has remained constant is Nicole Restine, our escrow officer. When I first started this business I used multiple escrow officers, but Nicole has always gone over and beyond to ensure my files close smoothly. She has also taught me so much about this business, I am so thankful to have her and her team as my go to escrow for all files.
