Praxis Catering

I have used Praxis for two events at my home. The first was an elegant Christmas party for 60 people with tray passed bites like lamb meatballs and spicy prawns. The second was a casual «movie night» for 50 people with dips (really tasty mushroom spread and chicken liver pâté) and hot appetizers like chicken tikka and sliders. By far the most popular item that night was Julianne’s truffle deviled eggs. A close second was the baked on site chocolate chip cookies!
Julianne is a professional. She answered all my questions patiently and gave me good advice for portion, selection and display. You can expect her to work within any dietary constraints, budget and kitchen with ease. She arrived on time for every appointment and for the events as well as left my kitchen cleaner than before she arrived! Every detail is thought out beforehand, so you don’t have to do anything but enjoy your own party!

Outstanding caterer! Julianne assisted in preparing a champagne and chocolate affair with tasty savory bites in my home. She was very easy to work with, was interested in making my event delicious and unique and was timely and dependable. I received many compliments from those who attended.
