This place use to be great, but they recently came under new management, and they feel they can change their billing policy with no warning. Use to be you paid for boxes by weight, $ 1 per pound, but suddenly, today, its by girth! So a $ 12.00 purchase of mine cost me $ 8.00 just to receive! Did i mention it weighed 2.5lbs? I will definitely be taking my 3 years of loyalty elsewhere and recommend others do the same. The clerk was snotty and if i hadnt searched high and low for this item, I would have told them to keep it.

Updating my review to 2 stars since I did receive my refund however it took almost 2 months. I received my refund after personally writing a letter to FedEx to explain my situation. They originally mailed my brother a letter declaring there wasn’t enough proof for them to pay money toward the claim. That was when I wrote my detailed letter to them explaining the situation. It was 3 ½ weeks after that before I received my money from the Postal Annex location.

Also this chick that used to sell office supplies to my company now works there. Pretty good service, moderately convenient location.
It’s a Postal Annex and they make keys. even car keys!
