I was a foster child and dealt with many rude unhappy workers. Perhaps it’s a trend for these people, with zero people skills, to work with abused, struggling children. I just called to verify employment for someone there and Monique answered like it was her home phone, then got smart with me about the question I asked. If you’re unhappy with your job then don’t work with emotionally hurting children! Don’t answer a San Diego County phone line and treat the person on the phone as if they are bothering you on your personal phone! Have some class!
