I always order pizza from here. In fact I just ordered pizza here last week.
If you want a deal, order online and carry out. $ 9.99 for a large 2 topping pizza is a great deal! I believe you could sign up for their rewards and get 1 free order of breadsticks offer. Pizza Hut (this location particularly) is a solid choice for me :) thanks for making my long day after work a great experience!

Love getting Pizza here & the workers are always so friendly to me. Never really had a problem at this Pizza Hut!
My favorite thing to get is the Stuffed Crust Pizzas!

My friend and I ordered 2 pan pizzas today. One of them is medium pan chicken pizza and the other one is large pan vegetables pizza. Both of them were nice. We ordered over the phone and picked it up in 20 minutes and even after reaching home it was hot and delicious. I am not a big pizza lover but loved their pizza today.

I don’t mind the customer service but I am really confused about the menu pricing it seems like they have really good deals sometimes but then jack up the prices for some reason, also it takes them 30 minutes to cook the pizza… My honest opinion it’s probably cheaper and faster just to get a pie from Pieology or blaze pizza! And still get better quality

I ordered a pizza this past weekend. the General manager had helped me with my order. guiermo I believe his name was, was really pleasant and made it very easy to order from start to finish.

So my co-​worker ordered two large pepperoni pineapple online and picked it up 20 minutes later, but he made mistakes when did it online, that was not the one we wanted. It was our fault. So i brought those back to the store and asked them if i could change for another ones. The two ladies in front were happy to help me out with that. THey gave the homeless those two pizzas that i brought back and made me another two pepperoni pineapple. And that tasted really good.

I ordered mt pizza online, mistake #1. The pictures are very misleading, please take a look at my photo to get an accurate view at the quality of pizza they serve at pizza hut. It took 1 hour for me to get my pizza even though I was just down the road. They messed up my order and put bbq sauce on my pineappple and ham. Why? Who does that?!
The driver was cool and I called the manager and she offered me $ 15 credit. Which leaves me conflicted because Im not sure I ever want to get food from here ever again.
I probably won’t.

This is not a criticism of this location, per se, but I don’t know where else to mention it. Anyway, I’ve been seeing ads for a while for the new crust flavors, so I figured it’s time to try. I ordered a large with honey Sriracha. It was just ok. I was underwhelmed.
Also, the mobile site is a little difficult to order from. I thought I had selected black olives, but I ended up with mushrooms.

This pizza hut is the worst. They messed up my order 2 out of 2 times that I’ve been here and told me they couldn’t deliver to my house because it’s 6 miles over however I’m only 5.6 miles out.

Yeah– still waiting after an hour for the pizza I already paid twenty bucks for — and was supposed to be delivered half an hour ago. Kind of wondering if I should turn them in for credit card fraud or something. Haven’t got my pizza otherwise I’d report on that. Have no idea what it tastes like. Is this like an imaginary Pizza Hut or something?
OK — got my pizza — an hour late. I REALLY wanted to stiff the driver for the tip, BUT, more than likely, not the driver dude’s fault because I called the store to complain about not getting my pizza, and all I got was «we’re closed.» Not the delivery driver’s fault he works at a crappy Pizza Hut, and he obviously gets yelled at a lot for other people’s ineptitude… so, I tipped him five bucks.

Just order $ 103 with of food. 6 pizza and 48 wings and was given one ranch dressing and one blue cheese dressing. When I called they told me they could give me 4 more rand and a blue cheese but anything else would be extra. We also tipped the driver $ 20 on the order. How I’m I supposed to eat 48 wings with one ranch and one blue cheese!!!

I regularly order the pan pizza from Dominoes but thought I would mix it up and try Pizza Hut tonight… big mistake. Their pizza is terrible! The are foolishly advertising a lighter crust (which tastes and looks like their previous crust stretched out with air and the sauce was soooooo salty! I had a granny mouth when I got 2 slices in. And thats all I could take.
I returned it and ate leftovers. No bueno… I am seriously pizza traumatized.

I ordered from this Pizza Hut while staying at the Extended Stay in Hotel Circle. After ordering I decided to look up the place to see how far it was and ran into these reviews I immediately started to doubt my choice but I’m happy to say everything was great! Delivery was on time and it was during lunch time rush, pizza was perfect hot and cheesy and delicious, delivery man was very courteous. Overall an A+ from me.

Who works at this Pizza Hut!!! Does anyone really work here!!! I hate that we have to use this Pizza Hut because the one in Clairemont won’t deliver to our house. This Pizza Hut has basically messed up every order we put in. Saturday we ordered marinara pasta and got alfredo chicken, yeah because those two menu items sound the same. They are also giving us the wrong pizzas. It almost has come to this point where we won’t complain because everyone there basically is incompetent and will not care about the customer.

I usually order online from this pizza hut on chat days when I want something quick and cheap. They usually quick and my pizza is made right. On the weekend though this place seems to be a mess with lack of communication and long wait times.

So ordered pizza at 10:55pm. Was supposed to be here by 11:35 didnt get here til 12:10 and was already just over room temperature. And on top of that barely had any of the toppings i ordered. I hate ordering from this Pizza Hut, but their the only one that will deliver. This is like the 4^th or 5^th time man.

Their delivery was quoted 25 minutes and it took a little bit over an hour. Pretty harsh especially when you’re starving. Annoying when this Pizza Hut is only 2 miles away from my apartment complex.
We would have gone to pick it up if we knew it was going to take so long but we were already a few drinks in.

Had to write a post as boyfriend is heading over to Pizza Hut to give them a piece of his mind and get his refund back (don’t mess with my man when he is hangry) we placed an order over an hour ago, first the guy couldn’t understand a thing we were saying, we had to keep repeating order. Then when we call an hour later, they stated already delivered it. So they delivered to another house and we paid for it. The boyfriend stated okay so I have to wait anther 45 minutes and you’ll refund my money and give me a free pizza, they said yes of course, and he said okay so how will you return my money? They stated your already getting a free pizza. He stated how am I getting a free pizza when I already paid for one that never arrived? It went back and forth and finally he gave in, and stated I just want my refund, they said you have to come in for a refund. So he called an order for delivery never came and now he has to drive there to get a refund. Good luck fellas at Pizza Hut! Trust me you’ll hear a piece of his mind. Normally he doesn’t care about petty things like this but when a person is hangry you got a thing coming for you.

Have never gone, will never go again. My boyfriend (who frequents this small location often), was craving pizza, hence my unfortunate visit tonight.
I found, not one, but two long hairs in my pizza tonight. Gross. C’mon Pizza Hut; you’re a pretty successful corporation. I think you can afford to invest in hair nets for your staff.
Alternatively, I would have gladly waited an extra ten minutes for my take-​out order, knowing that whoever made my pizza took the time to make sure their hair was not baked into the crust.

Ok it’s been a few years since i’ve had your standard corporate pizza delivery pizza. But does any one notice that what they now call the «large» is what used to be a MEDIUM. When did this happen?! how come no one said anything?! Did i get that much bigger or am i just crazy?!
No i’m sure its gotten much smaller! The OLD large used to have like 12 slices and feed way more people and i used to freeze 2 pieces of the large and take them for lunch when needed. Not only is it smaller, its the same price! Used to have coupons for 2 (real) large for like $ 20. Guess it’s the sign of the times or part of the economic down turn. thats what you get with Corporate Pizza!
The 2 stars is for the new smaller large which applies to all Pizza Huts (not the fault of this particular location)
I ordered for pick up and had no problems.
Advice: Heres my Pizza Hut tip. Order your favorite Pizza Hut PAN Pizza, when you go to pick it up, turn on your oven to 400º as soon as you get it home, slide it in the oven directly on the oven rack (no baking sheet) Heat it for around 10 minutes (give or take a few). All the oil trapped in the crust will heat up and will actually fry the crust! EVERTHING TASTE BETTER FRIED RIGHT?! You will have a phenomenal crunchy crust that takes this standard corporate pizza to the next level. use the box lid as a spatula to scoop the pizza back out of the oven and back on to the box. This is only for the pan pizza not the hand tossed crust.
