This place is alright. They sometimes screw up the order but i was compensated for their mistake. Yesterday I ordered a large pepperoni for carry out and they made it perfect, so that means that they don’t screw up all the time.

I’d give it 1.5 stars if we could just because the second person I talked to actually spoke English and placed and corrected my order. So I called this place at 3:45pm hoping to order pizza. I got a heavily Spanish speaking man who I had to repeat several times my name, order and address. Finally after giving him my card information and was given the total of $ 20.47 he claims he could not find the address I have provided. So he placed me on hold for the fourth time…
Long story short I ended up on hold til 4:12pm and got fed up so I hung up and called back. I ended up with a nice lady who actually spoke English and found my address perfectly. I replaced my order and ordered the same thing nothing changed and was now given a totally different total of $ 34.17 wtf! So anyway I paid for it. Next came The delivery which sucked! our pizza took 1 hour to get here. Plus 20 mins just to order the pizza and the uneasy feeling that my card number was given out twice ughhh annoying.

CHE IS AN ASSHOLE! He definitely needs to straighten out his attitude, maybe it’s because it’s 4th of July and he had plans I get it, but fake it bro! You’re face is horrible!
I’ve ordered from here before & service was alright but this time he just ruined it for me. Thank Che, I will never return!

This place sucks. They won’t deliver a mile away from the shop and took ten minutes to try and figure it out. The customer service on the phone was disgusting. The girl on the phone and the manager had attitude and acted as if I was an inconvenience. They didn’t even put me on hold and I could hear them talking about me. Idiots. Learn to run a business.

It seems that ever since they enlarged their menu selections, I have experienced more errors when I order online.
The first time, I ordered 2 new items for my pizza, I was charged but they were not on the pizza.
The second time I ordered the hut topping for the crust, hut favorite stix; neither of those were on my order and the marinara sauce was nowhere to be found.
I don’t know if the new menu was such a good idea, as I have never had issues before.

For some reason this pizza hot taste better than any other place. I don’t know if it’s because it’s new or the people there know how to make the pizza better. I always get the stuffed crust. Let me tell you, it’s to die for. Staff are super friendly and they always show you your pizza to see if you like it !

Great pizza as always and friendly staff. One of times i went i ordered the pizza with cheese crust but like and hour later pizza hut called me that they did not charged me for the wings i bought and she asked me nicely if i can go back and pay for the wings. But i wasnt able to go back because i was at the drive in theater. But the next day i went to pay them the wings that they didnt charged me. And the manager thanked me for being nice enough to come back. That made my day.

WOW! SO … after ordering the pizza … I kept perusing the website … hmmmm, I thought, MAYBE I could get a «side order» in after I ordered the entre. WELL, THEY
DELIVERED, despite the fact that my pizza came out first!!!
Both orders!!! On point, and before time! Mind you, the biiiiiig surprise came after the pizza … *scratching head* … it sounded like I wasn’t going to get the side BUT SURPRISE … A SECOND delivery person brought the side and YUM!!! PAPAS are delicious … now I will incorporate the jalapenos into my Papas Rellenos! YES!!!
YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE ROCKS!!! THANK YOU!!! I really didn’t expect a second delivery for the side … just awesome!
Question to clients: How many customer service providers deliver like this? Think about it.

I ordered 4 large with 3 toppings pizzas on the 08/​11/​2013. They must have a new owner. The pizza was hot and on time. What a difference. I hope this wasn’t a fluke.
