This place is awesome! They use a separate marinara sauce if you are vegan or dairy-free, and they have daiya non-dairy mozzarella cheese(a little goes a loong way). They let you load up as much veggies as possible. Delicious!

A friend recommended I try this place. Very tasty pizza, unlimited toppings, very reasonable price, and comes out VERY fast… what’s not to like. Will definitely be coming here often.

I have to say I am a happy camper with Pieology and their great pies and service. I stopped in for lunch and ordered the Mad Meat with added Mushrooms, Onions, and Ricotta for a low price of $ 8.45, and keep in mind, I could of added a lot more toppings for the same price. Then pizza was great and they hit the spot with the light house red sauce I requested. The sauce’s flavor was mild and with a hint of herb. I was very fond of the crispy regular crust which held up very well to the abundant of ingredients that I topped the pizza with. The pizza came with pepperoni, sausage, meatball, mozzarella, olive oil, and of course the house red sauce. All of the toppings were great, especially the sausage with it savory pork flavor and inclusion of herb and spices. In addition, so were the tender mushrooms, crisp onions, and creamy ricotta I added to the mix. Altogether, resulted what is known as a party in the mouth. There’s something about watching your pizza creation come to life right in front of you. The best part about it, is that you can add last minute toppings, as they make it. In the end, before hitting the oven, I asked them to douse the pizza with a sprinkle of oregano. The employees, including the manager were all up beat, polite, and friendly the whole time I was there. I love this concept: nifty pizza preparations and peachy service!

We love Pieology. We were thrilled to know that one opened up in PB, however, I have never been so rudely treated than I did by the girls that work at this new location. The first girl didn’t know how to put cheese on pizza. It barely covered the dough. I politely asked for more and she used two fingers to grab just a pinch more of cheese. Just so everyone knows, there is Alfredo sauce but it’s oddly at the end of the cheese section so unless you knew it was there, it’s too late. I said«oh I’m sorry, I didn’t know you had the Alfredo sauce, is it possible for you to put it on now?» First, I got the dirtiest look, and then I got a couple globs rudely smacked on to my pizza. The veggie guy was awesome! I could have as many veggies as I wanted. Then the meat girl. I politely asked for chicken which she gave me maybe 5 tiny pieces scattered on my pizza, so I politely asked for more. Another 5 pieces. Hoping that this girl would know how to put cheese on pizza and cover up the dry patches that the first girl left, I asked for more cheese. With a dirty look and a little attitude she passed it over to the first girl and asked her to put more cheese. Another dirty look from her and she put the tiniest little sprinkle of cheese to top it off. And to top all of that off, they forgot my after bake. Truly disappointed in the staff at this location considering the other locations are so polite and generous. The girls working Saturday nights are straight bitches! Will not be returning.

This is like the Chipotle of pizza, but you don’t have to pay extra for guac! No, guac is not a topping, but you know what I mean. It’s $ 8.45 for an 11 ½ inch pizza with unlimited toppings! Yes… unlimited! It is $ 2 extra for gluten free crust tho. They have tons of toppings, cheeses and sauces… So good! I had a pizza with the house red sauce, mozz, ricotta, mushroom, jalapeño, black olive, sausage and meatball. It was super cheesy and the sauce had a nice tang. The crust was crispy and chewy, sorta NY style. It came out in under 5 minutes. And for the price, you really cannot beat it! We also tried the herb butter strips, but I wouldn’t get those again. It was basically just a crust with no toppings. Staff are super friendly too. Great addition to PB!

This is a great new addition to the neighborhood! The staff is friendly, and you get a pie made your way very fast. I’m also a fan of the PizzaRev, which seems to have a similar Subway-for-Pizza thing going on. I’m not sure who was first, but props to whoever thought of this. Beer+pizza deals and a bit less of a cafeteria atmosphere would be a plus.
