Pacific Paradise Realty – Karen & Mike Dodge

STELLAR, that sums these two up, but please read my elaboration. Karen and Mike Dodge are by far the best and most professional real estate agents I have had the pleasure to do business with and come to know. They have been at the thrust of my real estate purchases and sales for over 15 years. Together and separately they have proven the myth that «anyone can sell real estate» is a false myth at best. I have witnessed the performance of your average real estate agent from up close and afar. Perhaps anyone can sell real estate in a seller’s market or buy in a buyer’s market but at what price. Karen and Mike have performed far above the average agents by proving they can sell in a buyer’s market and buy in a seller’s market when most cannot. And even the toughest of properties. Karen and Mike have been creative when needed, Aggressive when needed and always respectful and mindful of both seller and buyer. I have been both and so have many of my friends, relatives and business associates. I would list them at the very top of any list top real estate agents in San Diego. They have found me property and sold my creations. They have always done whatever ethically asked of them with no hesitations. Everyone I have ever recommended them to such as the McCleary family, The Sinnett family, my relatives, real estate entrepreneurs to name a few have been elated with their performance and continue to use them for all their real estate needs. Just today, I asked Karen for a quick Comparison on a property for a friend of mine who is having appraisal problems in a refinance, but what she did was to focus her next three hours on putting together a detailed analysis of which in turn was sent to the lender and their issues were cleared. I highly recommend Karen and Mike together or separate and Pacific Paradise realty to anyone wishing to buy or sell their home, purchase or sell investment property or any other real estate needs.
