The office staff here and the billing company they use are incredibly inefficient! About 18 months after treatment I received a bill, which I did legitimately owe. How can any company conduct business this way? I made arrangements to make payments on the bill and began doing so. One particular payment was not processed and went unnoticed by everyone but me. So I had to call back and ask why it had not processed and nobody had a good answer. Another payment was processed but the lag time between the doctors office notifying there billing service resulted in me receiving another invoice which did not reflect an accurate account balance. Having a separate billing office makes it easier for both to make excuses why things happen or don’t happen. Pretty frustrated and will not use this orthopedic office if at all possible. Oh yeah, I was seen late on both of my scheduled office visits.

Agree 100% with the previous review. Also, they sent me a mistake bill and there was no way to get ahold of their billing department. I think they never check their answering machine because I left over 10 messages. When I called customer service, a receptionist(supervisor named Joe — probably a fake name) was super rude and unwilling to help with the situation. Please save yourself from a stress and find another doctor.

The dr I saw was outstanding– Joel Smith. Only 3 stars though, for the AWFUL receptionist who was rude and incredibly unhelpful… especially for a dr’s office, where people need some extra tlc! Would write the details but typing with one hand due to broken collarbone ;)
