I have a small business and my computer started making a weird noise and acting real slow. I know this is not good so I immediately turned it off and looked for someplace in the area where I could get it looked at. I called OnestopGeek and luckily he was between calls and was able to come over in a half hour. My computer was promptly delivered the next day and is behaving good. The price they charged was reasonable for what had to be done, and the service was great!

I called Ricardo in the afternoon and he was available to come to our home that very evening to set up my new Mac and Time Capusle! That impressed me right off the bat! Within an hour he had our entire system up and running seemlessly. He even took extra time to give a tutorial and made it very clear that we could call or text him at any time if we had any questions at all!

Ricardo does a great job explaining technical stuff to non-​technical people (myself) without making you feel stupid. I’m sure we’ve all experienced that pimple faced sales guy at Frye’s that makes you feel like a total moron. Well this was the exact opposite.
He was very thorough and helpful. He made a few recommendations after doing a review of my system. I must say I am very pleased with the results.
He doesn’t try to up-​sell you or make a bunch of extra money on «parts». He had me buy all my own parts at Frye’s, and he installed them for me. We did review my procedures to make sure I was doing back-​ups properly and often enough., De-​fragging and all that stuff.
He comes to you, which is super convenient and totally works with you so it is agreeable to your schedule.
If you don’t have an «IT Guy» or just need a little help when stuck, give him a call. No job too big or too small.
