This place is great. Amazing beer selection and great food. Football Sunday’s are amazing! I keep coming back and haven’t been disappointed. I recommend the sliders… so good!

A decent fallback place to watch football. The location is prime in that it’s convenient to downtown, beach areas, and north/east county. Lots of TVs. Food is pretty good, wings are great. Burgers are big and tasty. Drinks can be pricey, but they usually have a beer special that won’t break the bank. Service is ok — I have seen the bartender so drunk he couldn’t speak, but that was late in the day. It gets very crowded, and some idiots bring their kids. Bay Park dad should leave the tykes at home — being around a bunch of drunk, angry, disappointed Chargers fans is not a great environment. They have a parking lot, but it’s small and usually full, street parking isn’t terrible.

Came here last night for the 3pm to close happy hour. Me and my girlfriends were meeting up a little later than normal happy hour so this was perfect. It’s a good sized sports bar. It was Monday night football so it had a decent crowd in there. They have a pretty big patio but it was way to cold to sit out there. They have a fire place inside to keep warm. Happy hour included wells, beers and appetizers. We ordered the zuchini strips, classic buffalo wings and the poke. They were all good. The poke had a bit too much soy sauce for my taste but it was good with their wonton chips. Zuchini strips were really good too with their pesto sauce on the side. The wings were good, just the right kind of spicy. Service was good and they have a small parking lot in the back or you can park on the street.

Mini corn dogs aren’t good. Only 1 buffalo heat option for wings. Girlfriend said they taste«mealy;» not sure what that means. Friendly staff though.

Love this place! The carnitas tacos on a Tuesday are some of the best!(On a flour tortilla). Big fan of the wings too! Love the staff, ambience and the crowd! All around cool spot. I’ll stop by any time I’m visiting San Diego!

I went here after a run with my running group for Taco Tuesday. $ 5 margaritas and $ 2.50 tacos(except for the shrimp and the surf & turf tacos) is a pretty awesome deal. The place was pretty packed, luckily some people got there early to grab a table. The margaritas were delicious. Not too sweet and not too sour, just perfect. The surf & turf taco was yummy! I pretty much gobbled all my food quickly, it was that good. Great for groups because they will spilt the check correctly. Definitely coming back here again.

Offshore is a great little mellow place! Full bar, good food, and everyone working there is very nice. I’ve been there a few times, the first was on a date and we grabbed some appetizers and a few beers. i love there sweet potato fries! I wish there was more sauce options! They do have all the classics; ketchup, ranch, blue cheese, etc. I would like some aioli sauces! The second time i went there with the same guy who had been drinking cocktails since 10AM. We got there around noon and by 2 pm he was smashed! Serves him right for taking shots of tequila in between beers. He ended up stumbling to the bathroom where i guess he threw up. I know that sucks. i know its gross. but as a bar tender you should be prepared for things like this to happen. Even if it is a Thursday afternoon. i was mortified! Like hold you liquor man! What didn’t help was the bartender making fun of him and the situation to anyone who would listen until we left. The third time i went there was more recently for a car club meet I was hosting. I wanted somewhere easy, quick, and where i knew it would be easy to park! This place delivered. I came with 10 cars and everyone fit in the lot or the street outside. We got a big table on the patio and all ate and drank for a couple hours. i got the loaded sweet potato fries which were awesome! Nothing on the menu is exceptionally good but it is a mellow place to grab a beer and a burger and fries.

This is our favorite place to see football on Sundays. We love coming here and always feel comfortable. The service is very friendly and not at all pushy. They have enough TVs here(unlike some other sports type bars we’ve tried out), and we try to get there about an hour before game time to ensure they can accommodate our channel requests. As a bonus, the food is pretty darn good! And the drink specials are nothing to shake a stick at either.

This is a Colorado(University of Colorado at Boukder) bar during football season, and as a Buff myself, an obvious choice for college football Saturday’s. The food here is what you would expect for bar food. Pretty good, nothing too crazy. Good drinks. Service was OK. We had like 3 or 4 different servers while we were there, so we were never quite sure who to order from. Had to ask a twice a couple times for things. I’ll be back though, but only to watch Colorado football.

This place surprised me! We had originally walked to Dan Diego’s for dinner, and after receiving terrible service, we left and walked to Offshore with low expectations. What a nice surprise to find good food, excellent cocktails, and super friendly service in this small neighborhood bar! Cocktails: My BF got the jalepeno margarita and I opted for a Buffalo Trace moscow mule. The margarita was super spicy, I loved it but I can see where it might be hard to drink more than one and not suffer some unpleasantness the next day. My mule, on the other hand, was perfect. Like, so good I could drink 4 or 5 perfect. Food: Great burger selection, the brushetta burger with loads of melted goat cheese was heaven. They have really interesting and thick doughy buns, which are a little heavy but quite tasty. They have a veggie burger option which was great for the pescatarian BF. We also tried the oysters(good but not amazing) and flash fried avocado tacos. The latter was an interesting twist on a vegetarian taco, but I might go for the fish tacos next time. Service: Wow! Just, wow. So friendly and welcoming, we were repeatedly asked if we needed anything, but not in that annoying dinner-interrupting kind of way. Our server was so kind and polite and walked us through most of the menu. She really made this place a 5-star review instead of a 4-star. Crowd/Ambiance: Nothing to write home about. Lots of TVs playing various sports matches and a crowd that looked mostly local. The music was excellent(90’s alt rock) and played well to the crowd of mostly middle-aged neighbors. We will definitely be coming back to this unassuming little bar in Bay Park!

I ordered the chicken breast with fries, and it was normal not delicious nor bad. The reasturant has good environment and service. Good place to watch games. And to have a drunk or beer.

We come here for the Mud Pie — The Best in San Diego. It has super thick Oreo Crust which most Mud Pies skimp out on. It also has Chocolate and Coffee Ice Cream. Recommend you order extra Ice Cream — one Scoop for each person and split this with 3 people. I get the Coffee. Most Come People come here for drinks and Bar Food and watching Sports on one of their many TV’s. Live Music.

I came here on a Sunday afternoon to watch a hockey game. Lots of TVs so more likely than not, the game you want to watch will be on(or they’re kind enough to switch a TV for your game if it’s not on). I had a Clementine mimosa(only $ 5 on Sunday’s) and the veggie omelet with goat cheese. Both were good — and much better than I expected at sports bar. The crowd was diverse — a mix of some middle-aged female regulars, some older men and some younger couples at the bar and groups of families and friends at the tables. Very low key so everyone would feel comfortable here. Bathrooms were also clean which is a huge plus in my book. The service was great. And the best feature is that when you order food at the bar, they bring you a wooden tray-like thing that goes over the end of the bar so you have a nice flat surface for your plate without having to reach too far over the bar or worry about spilling food on your lap. Very thoughtful touch! I’d come back here without hesitation.

Went with a meetup group for a happy hour event. The drinks were many combinations of drink or shot for $ 7. They had Fireball shots all night for $ 3. We ordered the chicken tenders and fries. The food was really good. The service was a bit slow but the manager made it up to us by the end by buying us all a round on the house. Friendly crowd and the ability to control the music. I think it was 4 or 5 songs for $ 2.

I am happy to see that this business continues to improve and listen to the feedback from customers. The food is delicious, the staff are leaps and bounds more professional then on my prior visits, and the atmosphere is nice. It is always fun to see the different groups that come through. Tonight, it was the ukulele club. Never a dull moment!

We were looking for a near by place to watch football Sunday since the game we wanted to watch was not playing on normal channels. We decided to try off shore. We found seats at the bar with no wait instantly. The waitress was very friendly and quick. She was attentive the whole time we were there. On this visit I did not have food but I have been here before and the food is awesome. I particularly love the wings. They have 3 different sauces to choose from. All and all we had a great time and it’s a great place to watch football near the Clairemont area!

My girlfriend used to live in Bay Park and we would come here occasionally to watch football because it never really got too crowded and there was always a table available. One of the best things was that they had $ 1 mimosas. The food and tots were decent too but there’s nothing exceptional about the bar or environment itself, but it is in Bay Park so it’s better than most out there. We decided to come by a couple Sundays ago and unfortunately we won’t be coming back. They’ve now dropped the $ 1 mimosa deal on Sundays and it’s $ 2.50 per mimosa. That was the main reason we came to this place. But what really killed it for us was the FLYPROBLEM. It was the worst that I can ever remember seeing at a restaurant(cept for this gross pizza spot in North Park). The flies were huge and buzzing around everywhere. They were landing on our drinks and on our food and just running into our hands while we were eating. ITWASDISGUSTING. We couldn’t even watch football because we were so disgusted and distracted. The waitress didnt seem to care either and she could evidently see us fighting off the flies. We werent even close to the open door that leads to the patio area. We were in middle, but closer to the back. The breakfast burrito I usually get was made terribly this time as well. Overpacked with eggs and little to no bacon/tots. Hopefully I can attach pictures of the flies and burrito that I took No more $ 1 mimosas on Sunday. Just a normal bar in Bay Park. If I hadn’t had good times at the place before I’d give it to 2 stars. It’s Meh

It’s Taco Tuesday, so we all have the great idea to head out here. But did anyone really order any tacos? **looks to the right and to the left** OTG is my kind of place. It’s right off Morena Blvd, which there’s ample parking in the rear. We all headed here after a long day, but we required a section to house the work crew. The patio covered deck was too hot, empty but promising. We were able to find a spot in the back. May I see the beer selection please? Seriously, I wasn’t here for the food. I started off with a 12oz of Alesmith X Pale Ale, which was delicious and refreshing with every sip. Soon after appetizers were hot and stream rolling like there was no tomorrow: Loaded Tater Tots, Mini Corn Dogs and Chips with sides of guacamole and salsa. My second pour was a Coronado Idiot IPA, which my waitress was cute and funny about the pun. Hey call me an idiot, that was some fine tasting beer. So glad they have 20 taps, but they sadly were limited on certain selections and out on a few. The fat: A perfect happy hour place to chill with the ocean breeze ahead. The skinny: The locals here have it great!
