First i want to say thank you Niki! This was my first time ever getting in trouble and Niki went above and beyond to help dismiss not only one but both A & B DUI charges. She was able to settle with the DA where i got a wet charge. She was very responsive and quick to return any phone calls/​emails/​or texts. Niki is, without a doubt, the go-​to person to help protect me in legal situations with very reasonable rates. Here are a few things she’s done well for me:
IF YOU RUN A BUSINESS, big or small, she is the person you’ll need. In my situation, I am running a part-​time photography business that requires model release contracts. She breaks down every detail with you to understand WHY you need each clause, to help you remember them even without looking at the contract. Before this, I had no idea what I was doing grabbing generic model releases from Google, hoping that these things will cover everything for me. I was absolutely WRONG. She will cover your a$$ down to the smallest detail. After reading her contract and learning from her, you’ll sleep so well at night like you were sleeping on a tempurpedic mattress that you never owned before.
IF YOU HAVE A DUI, she’s going to take good care of you. I had a situation where someone I deeply cared about had gotten into this situation. I told my friend to contact Niki ASAP to help her with the situation. She walked her though every step of the way to minimize the damages on my friend’s record, and made sure she felt well taken cared for.
IF YOU HAVE OTHER QUESTIONS, she’s going to help clarify them for you, even by text. She’s very courteous with your needs, and she’ll fight to help you feel safe.
She will make you feel like the friend that you needed, caring about your safety when the world wants to sue you for that incredible idea that you tenderly held on to, or pick you up on your feet when you’re drunk on your face.

Niki is amazing. I got a dui the beginning of the year. This was the first time i’ve ever gotten into any trouble. It was such a horrifying experience, luckily there was no accident involved. Getting a dui is NO joke. I can’t imagine going through it without Niki! There was just so much paper work to do and dmv, court dates etc… Niki did it all for me all I had to do was wait for her to tell me what I needed to do. She called the Dmv for me, went to all my court hearing and I did not need to take time off of work to be there. She fought my case down to a wet and reckless thank goodness. Saved me from alot of community service, fines and cut down the probation time. I completely forgot to report to SAUU and there was a warrant out for my arrest because of that. She went to court and got me a recall for that! I can not thank this girl enough she fought so hard for me and made my life easier and less stressful. I love Niki, she may be tiny, but this woman is a fighter! She is brilliant and really fights for her clients. I came to Niki very depressed with my case at the end of May and she reassured me that everything would be alright. She was determined to help me as much as she could and she did!
