Stefanie and Jacob are the best! I had an issue with my wall heater. The first item they didn’t stock so Stephanie had it ordered and delivered to my door for me. The second item I needed, they didn’t have the OEM part but Jacob found an equal in stock. My heater is working fine now and the wife is once again happy (Thank God). Give these guys some love and business!

National vent is a great supply house. Prices are very competitive. They carry everything! They have the best selection of metals! They carry B-​vent up to 14″ in stock. No other supply house offers anything over 6″ and if they do it takes a week to get it. If they don’t have something in stock they work hard to get it for you within 1 to 2 days. They can sometimes get it the same day. They do free deliveries as well. Willy is there delivery man. His customer service is outstanding. You can tell he works hard and they are lucky to have a guy like him on there staff.

I’m a regular at this place, and I definitely reccomend it. Pricing is great and they carry a big variety of materials and equipment. If they dont have something in stock, they will very often have it within 1 or 2 days, sometimes the same day. Everyone that works there has always been helpful.

Don’t deal with mark. He is a D-​bag. I didn’t know what I was doing and needed help finding a gas line for my dryer. He tried helping me for a minute. Once he found out I didn’t know what size I needed he turned I to a total jerk. I finally found what I was looking for after ten minutes with no help. Then he was sitting at the counter giving me the stink it for over 20 minutes not ringing me up. He was just sitting there, no one else in the store just me waiting. I contemplated just walking out with my item but finally gave him a hard time. He continued to ignore me and went to the back to get another employee to ring me up. As I was getting rung up I asked the lady if I could return the item if it was the wrong size. He was quick to say that I had to use cash only if I wanted to return it. I then told him I only had a card. He rolled his eyes like I was making his life difficult. Very rude, super unprofessional, and a total jerk. I’m never going back here.
