Got almond shaped black nails, pretty well done, but it almost took one hour for them to finish.

Been here before because it’s close to my house. I don’t usually come here because of the service. The only reason I would come here is for a pedicure because they do a half decent job and if I don’t have time to go to my usual spot across town. I never get anything more than a basic pedicure because their service sucks. Yes, I know it’s my fault for coming back. Today I was in need of a pedicure after running my half marathon yesterday so I figured why not come here and get one. Well, the service today has gotten all the other previous service beat. He sat me down at 5:08 pm and he was already wrapping my toes up ready for polish at 5:15! I asked if he was done and he nodded yes. I guess he realized he did my toes in under 10 minutes because he started trimming and cleaning up around my toes. So today’s service was definitely the worse of the worse. Definitely NOT coming back no matter how exhausted I am to drive across town.

I went here years ago and although they have gotten expensive I come here because it is what I know. I must say I will only let Gail do my nails and rosa wax my eyebrows. My last experience I don’t know what happened. I walked in 15 mins after they opened and no one was there. Finally after waiting an employee walks in and said to sit down and when someone comes in they will help me because she wasn’t going to start any services until she had her breakfast. Let’s just say I walked out along with another lady waiting longer then I had.

Rude. So not listen to instructions. A full set basic here cost $ 38 … If they literally touch anything else, they charge. I walked out with a $ 45 charge for a full set. They charged me 2 dollar extra to file my nails pointed which they did not so good at all and and additional 3 dollars for cuticle cut … Which they failed to say anything until check typical of these places. Crowded also with loud workers and not professional environment. Quality is not worth this. Better off going to Hollywood nails in national city.

Used to do my nails here all the time but I stop for a while until recently I went back for a fill and the next day my nail color started to ship and one of nails fell off, but thankfully I was able to go back and get it fixed for free.

My second time here and it was a great experience til the end. They could’ve got 5 stars, but the employee who did my nails was rude. When I politely asked him to straighten out one of my nails because it had a slant he got upset. Then when it was all done, I asked if I needed to take the receipt to the counter because other salons usually give it to the customer so they can pay for it at the register. He RUDELY responded, «just let me do it.» Great job, horrible service from that one employee! I will get his name the next time… if I ever go back there and suggest to AVOID him! He’s very lucky I held my tongue and that today is a Sunday!

I’ve had manicures, pedicures, and waxing service at this business. Its been ok so far, I’m trying to save money now days so i do my own beauty treatments at home now.

I enjoyed visiting this salon for a while. After a few visits, couple months apart, I noticed the services were shortened.

a guy did my nails, i forgot to catch his name but he was funny and wasn’t rough on my hands, unlike previous males that have worked on my nails at other salons.
i walked in, two hours before their closing time and it was pretty packed, although i was immediately tended to by the man. he gave me exactly what i asked for. my second time here, and will be returning.

Never had an issue with them here! Always walk in and they take me in less than 5 minutes! My nails always last the longest here! Always get gel acrylics, and they last meeeeee for ever. Like. A month and they’re still going strong. I have really small nails and sometimes I’ve gone to other nail salons where my acrylics literally fall off in a week or less. Every time I come here they LAST. I wouldn’t know about nail design, since I’m a pretty simple girl when it comes to my nails. I live in Oceanside now so it’s a drive but if I can wait until I come here, I will. Ladies not too talkative, but I don’t really care for it anyway. Good place.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They left my nails crooked and all of them looked different some round and some squared. The owner was rude and did not want to fix my nails. I’ve been going for years and i’m never going back. Disgusting job done today.

Been coming here for a really long time and always get compliments on my nails. Jimmy is the absolute best. Also recommend Tammy, Tony, Rosa and Gail. My only complaint is that appointments mean NOTHING here. I can be waiting up to an hour after my appointment time for service. So frustrating. If you don’t care about what person handles your nails it is usually pretty quick.

This morning I called and made an appointment for 1pm for my friend and I. I’m currently in the salon its 1:40 and I still haven’t been helped. They keep constantly asking me what I want. Terrible customer service.
They also said my friend and I couldn’t sit next to each other! I was shocked.

Girl left my nails really nice and clean which made me happier. Charged me $ 25 for a gel manicure, thought that was a little pricey but okay. Today, the next day one already chipped. avoid this place.

I have been going to this place on and off for 5 years. I had one horibble experience and stopped coming for a whole year. I always have a bad experience here because they always RUSH! I came here mid day on a thursday. the place was normal and the lady rushed through everything! I got a cut cuticle twice on my toes and once on my pinky! Also, for the price you’re paying. its disgusting how they down have plastic on their pedi baths! This pleace is not worth the money. Manicures come out lumpy and yhe colors arent consistent. Also this place is not relaxing at all! They all talk shit and are rude!

I decided to get a pedi here because I had dropped my car off at meineke. I was greeted as I walked in and was directed towards a manicurist. Ana helped me with my pedicure, at first I felt as if she was somewhat bothered, turns out she’s just a quiet soul. I loved it, I’m not much into small talk. She took her time and did a thorough job. I am beyond happy with the results. I believe I paid 20 for the pedi & 15 for the gel. I will be visiting again!!!

Very nice staff. They are very professional and upbeat. It’s rather quiet no music just talking amongst themselves and customers. They are definitely walkin friendly !

My first time at this spa, and my last.
I came in for a gel polish and a pedicure. The place seemed clean enough, but the woman who helped me was downright miserable. She rushed me through picking my colors… repeatedly gestured at me to sit in the chair even though I told her 3 times that I had to use the bathroom quickly first… she groaned loudly when I changed my mind about my nail color after she painted just one nail, letting me know that I was a giant pain in her you-​know-​what (even though the place was pretty much empty)… and basically just grunted at me all the way through. She didn’t even thank me at the end when I tipped her (even though I probably shouldn’t have, she was so grumpy and rude). My sense was that all of the ladies working in there seemed kind of down and unhappy for some reason. Not exactly a nice, relaxing experience.
The nail work itself was decent enough, but I’m not sure that the foot baths were 100% sanitized. I usually prefer to see those plastic disposable liners in there so that I know it’s totally clean. And I didn’t get as much scrubbed off of my feet as I would have liked.
The price was ok… $ 15 for the gel polish, $ 17 for the pedicure.
Bottom line, not a great experience though. I couldn’t wait to get done so that I could get out of there. I won’t be coming back.

Luv this place jimmy is the best he does what u ask and does great work also makes you feel comfortable. If you want a great place to do ur nails go here

My first time here. Walking distance from my apt. My nail technician, Lauren, is the best. She was very attentive and listened to what I had to say. She did and excellent job and I highly recommend her. She is my new BFF. I will not go anywhere else now that I’ve experienced this place. A little pricey, but I don’t mind if the service is superb!
