Mona Lisa Boutique

I love this boutique. I have the pleasure of purchase a great pair of handmade earrings for just $ 10 dollars. The shop is clean and trendy yet unique. The owner is a Designer in her own right so if you don’t see soemthing your size she will gladly make it. I will keep on coming back here as it is just around the corner from my job.

A friend of mine told me about Mona Lisa when I moved downtown a couple months ago. This place is great! Cute, cute, cute accessories (and very affordable) as well as cute clothing (that I haven’t bought yet because I told her I need to lose 10 pounds first! :p). The best part? She does alterations and can find pretty much anything your fashionista heart desires. Oh, and you can drop off your dry-​cleaning and she’ll have that done for you also! So convenient!
A couple days ago I went in with a Tadashi gown I’d been fortunate to purchase for half off at Nordstrom Rack. I thought I needed to have it taken up and inch or two so I could dance in it but she assured me that it didn’t need to be altered (which was great because I’ve already spent too much getting ready for the event I’m wearing it to next weekend) and that it looked fantastic. I’d also mentioned body-​slimming undergarments and she said I didn’t need them. I love that she gave me an honest-​once over rather than having me break out my wallet. It’s for this reason that I’ll be a faithful customer to the Mona Lisa Boutique… Where else can you get honesty at the expense of a sale? LOVE IT! Thanks Soheila!

This place is great! Great prices cute stuff; need I say more?

I had just gotten a a new hat to keep the sun off my dome, and it was a great looking kufi to boot. Just one problem, My noggin was just to darn big. I walked in thinking that surely I’d be politely informed that I was in the wrong place, but no! Soheila (owner), after a careful examination of my bizarre problem, told me to come back in three days. I did and I couldn’t be more pleased! The hat fits now. I think I look Great in it, and there’s even a place in back for my pony tail!
She had to hunt up matching material for my hat (which I didn’t even buy at Mona Lisa), and then be creative about actually making a hat bigger. She charged me only $ 15 for it,
This kind of Customer service is nothing short of Heroic! and I don’t think I will ever darken another Boutique’s door!
