A solid five stars and sincere thanks to Joy for first-​rate service, genuine compassion, and solid advice on doing my vehicle re-​registration with the Department of Motor Vehicles! Her VIN verification form passed the skeptical inspection of the DMV agent who handled my case, once she determined that she could feel the signature through the paper. :-)
Based on Joy’s suggestion that I go late in the day and not on a Friday, I managed to get the whole process done in just over an hour from arrival to driving off with brand new plates and stickers. That may sound like a long time but for a DMV visit I was very happy, and relieved to get the state off my back. The threat of having my vehicle towed and impounded is behind me now.
I highly recommend this niche business, located conveniently close to the Clairemont DMV. If you do use this service, LISTEN CAREFULLY TO EVERYTHING THAT JOY SAYS! She knows what she is doing. She charged me a fair price for the form, and the advice was included at no extra cost.
