Would I use these guys again? Probably not and here is why… I was told there was a $ 75 service call to show up and $ 85 per hour. A little on the higher side for what they do(I’m assuming he doesn’t have to be licensed, bonded or insured), but he was driving a little distance so I accepted it. He showed up and started diagnosing my RV. He did show up in a pickup truck that was only stocked with a basic toolbox. I was under the impression that for the $ 75 service call and the $ 85/hr rate he would have a service truck fully stocked. I own a plumbing company and when any of my technicians show up at a job they come fully loaded prepared to fix almost any problem without having to leave to get parts. We don’t charge any service call to show up and our hourly rate is $ 100, so that is why I find his pricing on the high side. Fast forward– He found what he thought was the problem after about 30 minutes. He at first thought it was a bad electrical cord coming from my RV to plug into shoreline, but wasn’t very confident in that being the problem. I asked if it could be fixed. He said he would have to find the part. I agreed to continue the work, since I wanted my RV fixed. He then said it might be the adapter that connects the rv cord to the shoreline. He said he could drive to my local Home Depot to look for the part and again I agreed because if that wasn’t the fix, I needed him to continue looking for the problem. He left to go get the part at the store 5 minutes away and showed up and hour and a half later with a $ 3 part. He rewired the plug and all was fixed. He was there a total of 2 hours to fix a part that should have taken maybe 20 minutes. He charged me $ 202. For being a «mobile RV service and repair» company, he should stock his truck with some basic RV parts in order to fix simple problems, rather than charging the customers $ 85/hr to go get a part.

Reasonable professional work. I was satisfied as I know it’s hard to find a trustworthy RV mechanic! I had some electrical items taken care of on my 86′ Winnebago. Happy to write a five star review. Good guy there’s no reason to go anywhere else.

Our slideouts would not go out. After having a previous bad experience with a mobile rv person(who is not listed on Unilocal & no longer in business), we found Chris on Unilocal. His business may be fairly new but his experience is not. He came out the next day, diagnosed the problem as being a faulty relay system and then fixed it quickly. He is very professional, courteous and reasonable. It appears that he can tackle just about any job related to an RV. It is so refreshing to meet someone of that caliber. We have him scheduled for another job in the near future. He is the guy so give him a try!
