Ashlee is amazing. She is caring, kind, sweet, gentle and rough all in the same haha… she listens to your body and what you personally need. She is helping me with other aspects in my life other than my soreness and tight muscles. She takes me in on short notice, and im never disappointed. I have a bad back injury that she helps with and she also helps with my muscle soreness from working out and after my tournaments. She is all around the best massage therapist I have met, couldnt find one bad thing to say about her…

Found Ashlee through Groupon and am glad I did. She worked with me on appointment times (and cost) for massages for myself and daughter. I regularly receive massage therapy at home and am used to deep tissue. Ashlee gave an excellent deep tissue massage and advised me on stretches I could do at home. I feel she would be just as awesome giving a more ‘relaxing’ massage. Another plus — there is parking available at her location. Not something readily available in San Diego! I highly recommend Ashlee for a great massage!

Ashlee is the best! I always feel so amazing and relaxed after her massages. I started going to her regularly a few months ago and wow what a great decision! She is very experienced and professional and never rushes through the massage. You can tell she really knows her stuff. She is so sweet and nice and fun to chat with as well. Her prices are very reasonable and the location is great– they have parking! She’s very flexible with scheduling which is great cuz my work schedule is so unpredictable. If you haven’t tried her out yet for a massage do yourself a favor and do it! Highly recommend.

Ashlee is the most talented massage therapist I have ever experienced. She is so in tune with what your body needs. After one massage I signed up for her monthly membership because I left feeling a thousand times better than when I went it. She is so great about adjusting the massage to what your body needs each time. I could not be more grateful. She had managed to help me heal my body more than any doctor I’ve seen. It is amazing how she can feel where my body is hurting just by touch alone.

Ashlee does more than just give you a wonderful massage, she specializes it to what your body needs. I hadn’t seen her for a few months and during that time i have started working out a lot harder and I’m also a busy hairstylist so I was in a lot of pain when I finally got in to see her. She could feel the places I needed more attention and she really worked out my problem areas instead of just giving a basic massage like I have had before. She’s been massaging me for awhile and I can really tell the difference in the way she does her massages. The results last longer and I feel better longer than just the day which is how it generally is with other massage therapists I’ve seen, Go see her, she will change your life and your muscles will be happy ans feel so much better.

Ashlee is a valuable part of my healing team. She is nicknamed «the knot finder» and for good reason. I have been seeing Ashlee for months and will not go anywhere else. She is so gifted and such a hard worker. I respect her so much and I love that she is always learning more to further her craft. Ashlee gives me great lifestyle and diet advice in addition to her body work. She recently suggested I go gluten free after reviewing my symptoms and recurrent tension– and after being blood tested by my doctor — she was absolutely right. You’ll get a quality massage from Ashlee, but you’ll also get so much more. I highly recommend her!!!

Ashlee is not a good massage therapist. She is a great massage therapist!
She took her time to first find out what issues I had, then she told me about the different techniques she would use. I have an achilles injury and my back & neck are sot from years sitting in cubicles. She is great at massage and really helping to get your body feeling back on track. Good work, affordable (so make sure you tip) and professional.

If I could give Ashlee six stars I would…
I have always gotten Swedish Massages and they are nice, but never have any lasting effects. I bought a Groupon for Metta Massage by Ashlee and went to her for the first time a couple weeks ago — and she changed my life! I asked for something more like a deep tissue because of reoccurring back problems. Ashlee was incredibly sweet and communicated with me the entire time to make sure I was comfortable. I could feel the tension being released from my muscles during the massage. You can really tell she knows a lot about the body and muscles. I have never had a massage like that before! Leaving that place, I felt like a completely new person.
I drive a lot for work, so she mentioned I had a lot of tension in my glutes and even texted me a cushion I could buy for driving to help in the future.
I felt so great after that I bought her monthly membership for the next 3 months. Honestly, after hair and nail appointments, I felt like a massage once a month for my body wasn’t something I wanted… it was something I needed. I felt happier and healthier after my massage with Ashlee (even my friends and mom commented on it)!
If you’re looking for a massage with lasting effects, I highly encourage you to go to Ashlee and her magical hands!

Super professional, friendly and experienced. Customer service was superb and massages were nothing short of invigorating. I would recommend without a second thought. You can’t go wrong with Ashlee.
