They have good customer service, good prices, and good repairs on Cellphones and computers even though the place been new for about 3 years now, the place is very clean, they have honest service and prices.

This place is very bad, customer service is bad, employees are shady and conniving salesman who lie. i have an out of contract Samsung G3, I talked to «John» that’s his American name he is a young Indian man, who told me for 35 $ it will be unlocked 10 $ but a new sim to put on there service and $ 40 a month. Sounds good he unlocked the phone set it all up, service was spotty but for 40 $ I couldn’t complain, 2 days later the phone gets a weird error and doesn’t work. I took it back and he said the sim tray is broken and its $ 35? What? I don’t know that much about phones but I can see the tray is fine and read another sim from a different phone just fine! The man took it in the rear of the store hooked it up to a computer, installed new software or patched some hack or something and still says 35 $… I said no, I’ll look at it and probably come back when I have 35 $ extra, these guys are crooks who will get you twisted in this cell system that unless you do it every day have no idea.
