Merit Construction

Merit recently remodeled both of our bathrooms and we couldn’t be happier. Everything looks just fabulous and we are very happy with both of our new bathrooms. I love my big new shower, and the pretty front guest bathroom really pleases me.
The bathrooms were a lot of work. He did all of the framing, plumbing, tiling, electrical. He put in heated flooring and heated towel rack. He reframed windows and re-​built the shower floor so that it was flush, with no big pan. He customized built-​ins, tiled…
Andrew is very customer and detail oriented. He worked hard to get everything just the way we wanted. He listened to our concerns and took into account our personal choices. He was careful with his work, thoughtful on the details, and cleaned up at the end of each work day. Merit is a small company, and may not come in with a huge work crew of subs in order to finish in three days, but the extra care and pride in work really shows in the end result.
Andrew was on budget, and did not inundate us with change orders and/​or extra fees. Although we did request adjustments throughout the job, he did those willing and within the original bid.
We would highly recommend Merit Construction and look forward to working with them again on other project!
