I had a wonderful experience at this spot. The facial was very relaxing and left my skin glowing. I personally have been to a few clinics and this one by far not only gave me the least painful shots but hands down the best service… very professional, informative, and patient. There’s a reason why I drive 30 minutes across town every few weeks. Thank you nurse Gina! Will be coming back again and again.

I came here for Vitamin B12 Golden Shots! I feel more energy, and It also seems to help my metabolism. The office also has spa services which I will be trying next time! The staff is super helpful and friendly.

I have been on their plan for one week and have already lost 7 pounds! The golden shots make me feel fantastic! The Dr was very thorough and the staff is so welcoming, not to mention how clean and beautiful the facility is. I’m excited to get to my goal weight. And it’s not breaking my bank!

I have going here for about a year. It is worth the drive from Escondido, to Rancho Bernardo, to get my B12 shots and Golden shots at MD Weight Loss. Staff is great, pricing is good, and they have great specials throughout the year.

Staff is very professional. I have never had to wait for more than a few minutes. I have been to a few similar spas and this is by far the most professional and enjoyable.

I waited to write this review until I had maintained my goal weight for several months, just to see how I would do once I stopped using the appetite suppressants and golden shots. I have to say that this clinic helped me to change my eating habits to the point where not only did I reach my goal weight loss (20 pounds) but I exceeded it (26 pounds) and have stayed within a 3-​pound range for the past four months. Nothing worked for me before and I had previously struggled to lose and keep off even three pounds. The appetite suppressants gave me that boost I needed to get over the hump. Dr. Tehrani takes the time to review your own goals and recommend the best plan for your needs. Jasmine is enthusiastic, friendly and encouraging. I weigh myself every day so I can see right away if I’m starting to gain beyond my current range. While I no longer follow the initial diet, and have not for some time, the habits that I learned have stayed with me and I watch carefully what I eat — and yet I don’t hesitate to «let go» a bit from time to time (such as Thanksgiving or on vacation). But because I do weigh myself every day, I’m able to stay in line. I really learned solid, good healthy life-​long habits from MD Weight Loss & Spa and am thrilled with the results.

Talk about a great program… And wonderful friendly staff that really make you feel good about yourself and giving you the confidence you need to make the program work for you.

This place is straight up SHADY. They quote you a price on the phone, then say it was a mistake, and refuse to honor the price — the old «BAIT AND SWITCH.» At that point you’re already there (in my case a 30-​minute drive) and have your heart set on having the treatment that day… so I went ahead and paid the higher price just to get it done (Laser Genesis). Also, beware that the Unilocal voucher ($ 100 for $ 200 worth of services) apparently only applies to their weight loss offerings — not the med spa — even though no where on the voucher does it say that. The nurse who does the med spa treatments is nice, but the service I received was rather short in comparison to the same service I have rec’d at other places. When I’ve had the treatment previously, my skin was rosy red for several hours. This place, when I left, my skin looked exactly the same as when I arrived. Just not a very thorough treatment, in my estimation, therefore I’m not expecting any results. Too bad this was place was so disappointing — when I find a place that I like, I go back time & again, lay down a lot of money, and even tip the gals doing the services. The search continues in San Diego!

Friendly, clean, professional, cozy, and affordable! They allow walk-​ins so it’s convenient to get my B-​12 shots! I’ll definitely be back!

If you are having trouble loading weight then you need to come here! The staff is friendly and very attentive and they will tailor a plan to your needs. I’m down almost 25 lbs and feeling amazing!

I can’t say enough good things about MD Wellness and Spa. The office itself is comfortable and clean, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the results are AMAZING! I can’t tell you how any people have commented on my weight loss. The program they personally tailored to me ensures that I have plenty of energy and my goals. I’ve been coming here since Jan. 2015 & love love Dr. Tehrani & his nurse Jasmine is the best. They are all so attentive & very concerned of your well being. The spa treatments are an added bonus to have in one place & they use top of line products. Highly highly recommend you will be very satisfied with the results.

I have gone to MD Weight Loss for quite some time. I now just go for B-​12 shots and I may use some of their other treatments as well. They have a wonderful, very easy to follow meal plan and it has helped me to stay focused. Never hungry.
I first saw Dr Tehrani. He told me about the 5 most important things (in order of importance) to weight loss and keeping healthy. I would never have guessed the 5 most important things. But, he is so right. At this point my good habits are very easy to maintain (which I am about a week away from reaching) and my old ones are, well, sorta repulsive now.
Staff is so wonderful, helpful, cheery, positive and constantly reinforces a healthy lifestyle. I am hooked!

If you can’t lose weight on your own. This is the place that will help you! The location is convenient and clean and they give you an affordable program that’s personalized for you. This can include appetite supressants, B12 injections, and reduced calorie menu plans where you eat real food, not processed diet food. The staff is helpful and always available.

I went in for my B-​12 shot and was talking about my cholesterol being high. That’s when I was taken to Dr. Tehrani and we talked about possibilities for how I could lower my cholesterol and get back in shape, maybe even go down a few pant sizes. We were on the same page as far as a plan, and all the staff at the clinic are incredibly helpful.
