Maggio Capital is a anomaly. They have some of the most liberal guidelines and aggressive product lines in their end of the mortgage industry (hard money) yet still somehow still remain fairly priced and extremely competitive in not only rate but fee as well. The principal of the firm Carl Maggio is hands down one of the most integral and fair men in the business and always has time for people whether they are clients or not. If you need «out of the box financing» I would recommend using them. I would even recommend getting a second quote from them if you are currently working with someone else.
