Took in a new unlocked HTC one. Activated it. No trouble. 2 hours later I lost mobile data. Took the phone back to Lulu’s and after 3 hours they told me my new cell phone was on a lost/stolen list. They said they couldn’t help me until I resolved the problem. Then I took my new phone to another Metro pcs location nearby. This person told me he could not help me and that I had to call Metro pcs support. Metro pcs told me an hour later on the phone that I needed to talk to a rep in person. Starting to get the picture? The old pass the buck routine. Two weeks later I took my HTC one to best buy and a smart kid found the correct settings and fixed the issue in ten minutes. Sooo not sure if I’ll stick with Metro pcs for long. The customer service is minimal and the people I dealt with didn’t really seem to be that concerned, or conscious. Also the cell and data signal is non existent in many parts of San Diego. I never did find out which Einstein determined my cell was reported lost or stolen. I guess I’m getting what I paid for.
