Linda is taking care of my girlfriend and she took care of me! She is veeeeryyyy nice and really good in her work! She offers the full beauty package and you feel really good after you leave her. Service is perfect and she knows how to treat clients! I’m in love with her, unbeatable prices!!!

My friend gave me her card and it was a discount so I tried it. Linda was GREAT! I was really happy with my haircut … and she was quick. I have a cowlick, so most people only wind up accenting it … ugh! … but she cut my hair perfectly. I’ve got another appt this afternoon for another trim with her. I hope all goes well this time as well. :-)

Walked in, signed in, waited 10 minutes, left… didn’t see a single person the entire time, could’ve walked out with the entire store if I wanted to — pretty bad customer service if ya ask me.

Linda is a pro, AND best prices in town! Great eyebrow-shaper, her oil for removing wax doesn’t make my face break out(for once!) I love my black-french gel mani-pedi. Sometimes she does get Suuuuuper busy, and she is pretty much running the whole show. But I live close by, she is my «nail lady» and has been for over a year… so I got her # and I just call her up and make an apt if need be,(if I am doing a lot of stuff that takes time.) I love Linda!

Nice lady but very unrealiable, she lost me by the 3rd time of me showing up at designated hours and the store not being open. Oh well

If I could give this place a negative star I would. I went there to try it out because it is slightly closer to my home and much cheaper than my usual place. My gel shellac manicure was 22 bucks and so not worth it. Lida who did my manicure didn’t use cuticle oil or lotion on my hands. My manicure consisted of misshaped nails and a color I wasn’t happy with. I expressed my unhappiness and was told to come back and she would fix it since I was in a hurry. Well, I was there for an hour getting my manicure. Why would I go back for you to fix it when it took you an hour to paint this mess?! That;s what I wanted to tell her but didn’t. I wanted to really voice my unhappiness but couldn’t because I was taught to respect my elders. Did I mention Linda was over 65?! Nothing against the senior citizen community but she was too slow and did a sloppy job. I should have walked out a few times but I didn’t because I didn’t want to be rude. So, I’m out some money and stuck with a paint job that I could have done at home for free. Will never go back there again.

AVOID! Took my daughter and myself in for highlights and color and was there the whole day! I thought Linda was leaving the color on my girls hair for far too long but what do I know Linda is the professional or so I thought! My daughter and I had welts all over our heads that where oozing fluid for over two weeks after she did our hair. Linda would just smile when I would ask about the time and she would say you are my big boss and are going to be here with me today… thought is was a joke! I will never ever go back — do your research — she is cheep but does not do good work!

OK. So now I chopped off all of my hair. I had it cut seven times.(one other places well) The process was difficult. I never knew short hair was so hard to manage. i also have thick hispanic hair. When i went to Sophy for the first cut it was fine. I just didn’t know i wanted it as short as I ended up with. The highlights I had gotten somewhere else as it was a touch up. turned into cheetah spots on the bottom of my hair. Instead of Sophy trashing the other stylist work she simply said that it was because the hair was longer when they colored it. so that has to do with the foil being too far away from the scalp? oh well like i said she is just too nice. my hair is updated, color is perfect and all off the nonsense is over with hooray.

Sophy from the haircutters recently moved over and its great! It’s so close from where she used to work and the booth she’s set up in is very nice. New location same great service! Been trusting her with my hair since 1996. She’s so dependable when it comes to you as a cumstomer.

I’ve been going to Linda for over a year and all of the reviews are pretty accurate. She’s definitely a hoot! She tells me I’m the prettiest girl in the world and there’s no one prettier than me. And she’s super persistent, always on the upsale. But you really can’t beat the price. I get my eyebrows waxed there and she does a GREAT job. I’ve gone to a few other places but they just aren’t the same. Not only does she perfectly shape them, she’ll thin them out when they need it — which I didn’t know before, but makes all the difference. I’ve started letting her cut and dye my hair now too and I get nothing but compliments. The cut looks great the first day and even better a few months out. She’s always there so you won’t get someone different every time you go in. But that also means that if there’s other people in there, you’ll have to wait. I’ve never had to wait for more than 15 minutes and she’s fast, so I don’t mind too much. But if there’s more than a few people already waiting, I would just come back later or a different day. Also, I’m not really sure if she takes cards anymore. I used to pay by card and then she asked me to pay by cash instead. Since I’m a pretty loyal client, I obliged, but I’ve heard her tell other people cash only.

Linda helped me out and she was really nice. However I was there for like an hour and half but then again it was only her working so I can understand. I got my eyebrows waxed for $ 7 and a hair cut for about 15 dollars. In the end she gave me 2 $ 10 dollars coupons for my next visit, Overall, my experience was really nice and I would definitely go back.

Do NOT, I repeat DONOT get a bikini wax here!!! ESPECIALLY, DONOT get a brazilian bikini wax here!!! Linda is COMPLETELY unprofessional. She does NOT have ANY technique. She leaves wax on your private parts, and then walks OUT of a closet sized room WHILE she assists OTHER manicure/pedicure/hair clients in the main room. (You see, because she is the ONLY«body» at the salon she does EVERYTHING: Nails, Waxing & Hair and since she is a self-professed«work-a-holic», she works 7 days a week) She leaves HOT! wax on YOU, while SIMULTANEOUSLY helping OTHER clients, and FORGETS about you while you are STUCK there on a gurney until she REMEMBERS! about you and removes the wax with POOR/NO TECHNIQUE. Then, if you tell her the wax is TOO hot, for example, I have SENSITIVE skin, her response is: «You complain too much — the wax is FINE!» WHYISITTHAT I HADBURNEDSKINFORSEVERALDAYSAFTER? After repeatedly asking her to LOWER the temperature setting, and finally getting UP to LEAVE(hot wax on my delicate parts, and ALL) she finally said«I’m sorry! I’ll lower it» Talk about being between a rock and a hard place. I basically had NO choice but to let her continue waxing me so that I had no gunk on me, and again, her LACK of technique shined through, and so, I stopped her, asked for oil to remove the excess wax, and put my clothes back on. She said she«normally» charges $ 75-$ 210 for bikini waxing… this crazy woman is on a totally different planet!!! If you EVER go there(which I hope you DON’T), you’ll see her homemade price list which she pointed out to me which features her outlandish pricing! Of course, she only charged me $ 25…because that was rate we agreed on BEFORE she started. Hello, someone who charges $ 75 — $ 210 is NOT going to «settle» on $ 25, come on! When you see the«facilities» there, it is NOT a high end salon that could even attempt to charge for example, $ 65 for a brazilian bikini wax. Her shop is DIRRTY! Well, when it came time to PAY, I let her charge my credit card, no tip of course. Before I left, I took her business card in order to WARN other women about this place, thank goodness for Unilocal. AND, I called my credit card company right away and refuted the charge. I explained to them that even though I voluntarily paid in actuality, the services rendered were NOT completed AND I was even burned in the process. In all the years that I’ve received beauty services, I have NEVER disputed a charge. They credited my account. The headache wasn’t over yet, I STILL had to go somewhere else to finish the job!!! Linda. Go home. Get some rest. Let PROFESSIONALS do the job. Ladies ~ Consider Yourselves Warned! Wax ANYWHERE else!

Need your head shaved, or a simple trim and would prefer not to spend a bundle to do so? Give Linda s shot! I’ve gotten my hair cut by here numerous times, and she always does a pretty good job. The thing that keeps me coming back is the fair price. In and out in under ten for less than ten. Sometimes she is in the middle of a dye-job or something time consuming when i stop by, and this means I’ll just be dropping back later on. The review before me is correct, she does always try and convince you to do something extras, such as eye brows, and can be pretty persistent when doing so. Anyways, I would recommend her to those looking to get a simple hair cut, and get it done on a budget.
