Bryon is an amazing contractor to work with and Leland Construction is my go-​to choice for home improvement projects. During the past couple years he’s completed a few different projects in our home, including creating a walk-​in closet in our master bedroom. He had great ideas for maximizing the storage space and the outcome was fantastic (and a LOT cheaper than a custom closet company would’ve charged). Unlike many contractors I’ve worked with in the past (or heard horror stories about from friends), he is: very accurate in his cost and time estimates; extremely tidy (he leaves the work site clean and neat at the end of each day); totally forthcoming with progress reports/​updates; accommodating to clients’ needs (e.g., was willing to work with scheduling concerns re. our small child and construction timing); extremely reliable (he shows up when he says he will and works hard all day); and courteous. He and his staff (including subcontractors he hired) were very professional and a pleasure to work with – I was 100% comfortable having them in my home. I never had to worry about coming home to a mess or having a project drag on longer than anticipated. His pricing is totally fair and reasonable and the work is very high quality. I highly recommend them for residential projects, big or small!
