Are you looking for the best ice cream in downtown San Diego? Don’t look much further. If you’re near the Convention Center or in town for an event, head down to Lappert’s Ice Cream! They’ve got the BEST ice cream hands down.
There are so many different flavors here, many of them exotic such as Manila Mango, Coconut Caramel Macadamia Nut, etc. All the flavors that you would expect from a Hawaiian inspired ice cream parlour. They’ve also got the regular flavors as well if you’re not in the mood to try something different. The ice cream comes creamy, full of flavor, and hits the spot when in need of something sweet.
Seriously, take my word for it. You need to come down and try it. You won’t be disappointed. They’ve also got a branch up in Scripps Poway if you’re up that way.
