He came when he was scheduled with the parts he needed and fixed my Thermador commercial range. His charge was reasonable considering how expensive parts can be. This contrasts greatly with the poor service I had received from a local, high-​end appliance repair firm and the Thermador/​Bosch Factory authorized repair service — both of whom said I would have to wait months for a part (or order my parts on my own from a firm out of Georgia). Ken came with the parts in his van and fixed it on the spot — makes me think maybe Bosch/​Thermador could learn a few things from Ken… like good, old-​fashioned customer service.

I second everything Lisa K. said. In addition, he diagnosed a problem 2 earlier plumbers missed. Also, I called on Monday, and he saw me Monday. He got my dishwasher fixed that day, unlike the other 2 guys. I am very pleased with his service.

No-​nonsense, older guy who services Thermador, Bosch, and Gaggenau appliances. Ken has been in the business forever, and I imagine he’s seen it all. He travels all over SD county, works fast, and doesn’t pull any punches. He returns calls, shows up the day he’s supposed to, and, really, isn’t that half the battle? We’re pleased with our repair and our interaction. Hopefully you will be too.
