Located at the magnificent San Diego Public Library in downtown San Diego’s East Village. Great drinks according to my partner. I did not sample the food because I arrived at 6pm and every single table was too filthy to feel comfortable sitting down. A nearby sign asks customers to clean up their own tables but there is no way to wipe them down and usually establishments that want customers to bus their own tables at least wipe them down regularly. There is no excuse for the filth other than laziness. The proprietor just sat and did nothing. I will give it one more chance another day.
