Daniel is an outstanding coach. He has helped me achieve my fitness goals, and sees training as a holistic exercise, taking in conditioning, nutrition and a training plan. What impresses me about Daniel is that he has a strong technical understanding of muscle groups, so if I’m carrying a problem injury he can immediately change up the exercise so I get a good workout while avoiding aggravating the injury. He is also fun to work with — he plans his workouts so he really adds variety and keeps me motivated. He’s trained top athletes at the Lady Vols, but for me, in my forties and working up to my second half marathon, he pitches the exercise just where I need it — challenging and motivating at the same time. I can see the progress since I started working with him in February 2009 and I wouldn’t have got to where I am without his structured workouts and professional support. I would recommend him without hesitation.
