We are first time home buyers and needed someone who could explain the whole process to us. Josh was easy to communicate with and was available for questions when at work, as well as outside of work hours on his cell phone whenever we needed him. There was never a question that was too basic or simple for him to explain to us … maybe 2 – 3 times if needed. He was able to explain loan documents in an easy to understand manner. He was very patient, professional and easy to work with. Even after our loan was process and we closed on the house, he was still available to answer questions about our mortgage payments and property taxes. In dealing with several lenders including Chase Bank, Josh addressed all concerns in order to get qualified. Rather than wait another year, Josh was able to get my loan approved at a low interest rate. He’s a top-​notch professional with banking and mortgage experience, having worked in the industry extensively. When someone says you’re prequalified, it may not mean anything unless you’re dealing with a direct lender like Josh IMO. I am posting this in case it helps anyone else out there who wants to buy a home rather than rent.

Josh was amazing to work with and super helpful when we were looking to purchase our first home back in the Spring! He looked at our finances, credit reports, and crunched the numbers to see what we would be comfortable with paying monthly for our mortgage. That helped us tremendously when beginning our home search, because we knew what price range we could comfortably afford.
