We came here on a Tuesday night, so it wasn’t too busy. Unfortunately they were out of Sculpin IPA, but the Green Flash the bartender recommended was tasty enough. We found an open pool table right away. They were nice tables and the stick I used wasn’t trashed. If you check in on Unilocal you get a free hour of pool, which worked out perfectly. I’d definitely come back on a weekday night to relax again.

Went there a couple of weeks ago. We checked-in on Unilocal so the bartender gave us the pool table for free for an hour. He held my card for deposit(for the balls). He swiped the card for a charge of 25 $(notice it is exactly the max amount allowed without signature). Now the bank can’t even give me proof that I authorize this charge and they consider it valid. I will now take them to the fraud department and will do anything to put an end to this business.

This place was rad! Especially the secret menu. Had the experience of a heavenly strawberry banana cake(Alexis). Take the time to meet the staff, great crew of people. Steven was the maestro of beers on tap. He took the time to learn the palates of everyone and his recommendations were phenomenal. Won’t be disappointed!

Ended up here on a Wednesday. They have a good strong beer selection, full bar, pool tables and other bar games! Our bartender was a nice young man named J.D. We ordered a Green Flash 30th St and the Ballast Point Grunion pale ale. For an appetizer we got the chicken wings, mild and extra crispy they were good, and not fatty. For dinner we ordered the crispy chicken sandwich, the bun was delicious and herb flavored. My friend ordered the steak burger with bacon and cheese that he really enjoyed! They didn’t come with fries or anything is the only reason for 4 stars.

The facility itself is big and there are many TV’s to watch sports which is the reason I come here. I do not drink so I only come to watch the UFC. The service here is terrible, almost always is. I’ve come here over 10 times and they always have bad service. This last time we waited 15 minutes for our server to introduce herself. We ordered food and beverages. The food came before our drinks. Then the drinks came but no follow up. We had to waive the server down to refill our drinks and to get us ketchup because all three bottles near us were empty. Finally, I asked to order a dessert option from the menu and the server herself told me she would not order it if she were me. She stated she can’t remember the last time this item was made by the kitchen and it was a dangerous selection for me. I was shocked to be honest. If you want to eat, DONOTCOMEHERE. If you just want drinks and to watch sports, this is an acceptable place since there are many pool and ping-pong tables.

I’ve been here a couple times. Protein burger is so good. Their salads are surprisingly good as well. Beer selection is pretty good. The staff are all friendly and attentive. It’s been pretty slow every time I’ve come in, but I like that. There’s also pool and ping pong and stuff.

Went here during a bachelor hangout that i was sorta hosting. Played some pool on the busted tables. One looked like it had blood spilled all over it but whatev. I remember about 12 yrs ago when I first came here and started making out with a girl on the pool table. My buddy cock blocked me cuz she wasn’t «pretty enough». I was a bit drunk… haha. but this is the same place it was then. It is a bit pricey. very pricey for what they offer. Drinks were weak but whatev. A random dude from Florida challenged my bro to pool. he lost. so he challenged me… dude was cool about losing. This place kinda reminds me of Pike Pub in Seattle. I remember getting challenged by randoms at that place a lot. Those europeans sure don’t like to lose to the US peeps.

Huge location, nothing fancy. It get’s my like on a cool look, love the deep red walls. Drinks are always good, beer is cold. The food is good for bar food, remember folks this is a sports bar. This place is located in the heart of the Gaslamp Quarter and great for large, before game, group get togethers. There are several flat screens so you can always find a good sports watching vantage point. They have several outdoor tables that line part of 4th Ave and K St., great for people watching. During Comic Con the 4th St. outdoor seating is great for Super Hero spotting, I like! If you are not feeling the packed joints and lines in the Quarter, give this place a whirl. The service can be slow though, so my best advice… grab yourself your first beer at the bar, sit down and be patient! Lately, it’s been a welcome bit of cold A/C in the Quarter. For you night owls, this place does open up to a night club in the evenings.

It’s all about the games here, and if you check in on Unilocal you get an hour free. Games are prorated, $ 15 an hour, you can switch it up and play what you’d like. Service is quick, plenty of beers, full bar, and the chicken tenders are just perfect.

Great place to play pool or to just grab a drink. Prices aren’t that bad. It’s a little divey. Food is good if you’re drinking. Wouldn’t suggest it if you haven’t been though.

I stopped by here during Comic Con. It seemed like an ok place… offering up food, drinks and billiards. The food was ok. A little on the pricey side for the food that I got. My burger and fries were ala carte. Topped with one beer and my tab was $ 24. On the bright side, I had a table near the street and was able to people watch while I ate my food. And during Comic Con there a lot of people watching to be had. This place offers billiards and games. Walking to the restrooms can be a challenge when people are shooting pool. The space seemed limited and to get to the restroom you have to wait until people are done taking their shot. I am not entirely sure how limited or extensive the drink menu is but I asked my server for a Bloody Mary and was told that they could not make one. y friend tried to order a martini and they could not make that either. I settled for a beer and my friend settled for a Rum and Coke, which ended up being a Whiskey and Coke. Our server was super nice and fun. Gave us great attention. If it would not have been for her great personality, I probably would have only given this a one star. Hopefully if I come back, it will not be during Comic Con and the overall experience will be better.

Divey and hot. My kingdom for A/C here! Decent draft beer selection, and a HUGE location. Jolt’n Joe’s opens up to Fuse Nightclub Large location, and lots going on here(pool tables making up most of it).

They get a star because the burger was decent. The service was awful. Half empty on a Sunday afternoon — waitress took 15 minutes to come by and take the order — a burger, vodka soda with a lemon, and a glass of water. Once the pelt see was in the burger appeared in 5 mins. I assume they keep firing them. However I had no napkins, no drinks. The waitress was waking by and I asked for napkins. I got a terse«yeah» in response. The drinks finally came 15 minutes after the burger. There wasn’t a lemon but a like instead and no water. The waitress knew she was behind and was full of excuses such as «it’s been a crazy weekend»(the place is half full) and«the bar is backed up»(again, half full). This place really needs to get its act together.
