Just had lunch an hour ago at this Jersey Mike’s and I am still dreaming about it. Got the philly chicken sandwich with tomatoes, pickles, grilled onions and peppers and no cheese. ITWASSOGOOD. And that bread… I literally am wondering when I can get another one… just wanted to tell you.

I like Jersey’s Mike’s, if you go in and order but DONOT use them for any large catering order. They were happy to take the order the day before(for my customer 15 people) gave the correct address to be delivered to … But they decide to give my order to someone who walked in with the first same first name. How does this happen? Meanwhile I have 15 hungry customers wondering where their lunch is. Called this location and they kept telling me they delivered the order but I told they no they did not. Called back and they figured it out, lunch was to be delivered but 45 min later they found their mistake. Gave our lunch to someone with the same first name who walked in? The manger did apologize but acted like it was my problem, «Hey there are a lot of people in the word named Robert so this happens» Really? Ever heard of checking last names? Now my customer will remember this meeting for for our product but for the lunch that never came. Thanks Jersey Mike’s at 7420 Clairemont Mesa Ave

We had intended to pick up sandwiches and pinwheels from Costco for my aunts viewing/funeral but to my dismay the Costco location in clairemont doesn’t carry it! So we were cramped on time! I called into jersey mike’s and Luckily they were able to make a catering order enough for 30−40ppl. I am ever so grateful that this place was able to make a last minute order. Thank you so much for accommodating us!!! Thank you for your kindness and great customer service! You got all 5 stars from me!!! I will definitely be coming back to this location to make my future orders!!!

Got the meatball. It was good enough but nothing fantastic. Maybe a step up from subway but that’s about it. Service was good though.

Good size location. Order was taken promptly to go despite lunch hour rush no lines today. 56 big kahuna was prepared very well. Cashier lady was nice but didn’t remember or bother to ask if I wanted to be part of freq dine program nor inquired if I was existing member. This will not dampen the full experience … bUT… The dine in area with empty table and chairs, aplenty, were visibly full of clutter and crumbs… so Not cool… Maybe staff was short today?

My new obsession. Best sandwiches EVERR! I don’t know how I missed this deliciousness while growing up on the east coast, where there are so many locations! They are priced a little higher than their rival chains like Subway and Quiznos, but TRUST me – it is WORTH it. Absolutely. Deli meats freshly cut in front of you, larger portions, 3 different size options, and of course you MUST try it MIKE’S WAY! The onion, oregano seasoning, oil, and red wine mixed vinaigrette they top your(any) sandwich with definitely MAKES it. You will be hooked. guaranteed.

Decent! Quick and tastes good. The meat and cheese are processed and are far from Boar’s Head, but it’s a quick fix for a sandwich to-go. My favorite is the Philly Cheese Steak, but stay away from the Chicken Parm Sub.

This location has more seating than most of the other locations. it is also generally cleaner, and busier than any of the other locations I have been to. I love Jersey mikes subs. Once you get a taste of it, Subway tastes so plain and boring in comparison. I will keep coming back for more.

I love Jersey Mike’s Subs. Don’t get me wrong — I’m a huge fan! JUSTNOTATTHISLOCATION!!! There is a lady name Elvia(I think that’s her name — she has a tattoo behind her left ear) that works there in the morning shift and she is always never nice to me nor other customers I’ve seen that get treated with no respect. For example: A previous customer had asked for extra extra grilled onion and jalapeños in his sandwich. She barely gave enough onion so the customer asked if he can get more onion. She turned around to the grill and whispered probably«What a pain in the butt» comment to her co-worker because of his reaction by her comment and he turned around and looked at the customer. For myself, I had asked for a regular and realized after she had cut the bread in half. The sandwich was going to be too small so I asked if she can change it to a Giant size. She rolled her eyes at me and pause… Then turned around and grabbed the giant bread and threw the Reg size she just cut back on the bread shelf. This is simply unacceptable especially I apologized to her twice and she ignored me. I love Jersey Mike’s and I would rather drive out to the one located on balboa because I have realized that all their staffs are SUPERFRIENDLY.

Great food as always. Just wish they wouldn’t be so cheap with the toppings. I ordered the Classic Italian as a tub(salad) and there was barely any lettuce and I had to ask for extra tomatoes since I only got 3!

Good sandwiches, friendly people. My only complaint is that i asked for very little vinegar and I got the usual amount and I think they would benefit from having 2 people putting on the veggies because the guy taking the order and slicing the meat was very fast so sandwiches were backed up about 8 or 9 at a time. No big deal though, it still was pretty fast, and despite having a terrible amount of vinegar my sub was still very good.

The worst chicken parmigiana sandwich ever. It was not even edible. There was so much gristle in the meat I had to throw it away.

People were nice, and I like what the the business is like. It wad nice to know that what we consume is not something that was frozen for 5 months before thawed and given, it was fresh, and cooks right kn front of me! I would go here again, thank you for the wonderful breakfast/lunch.

I really like Jersey Mike’s because their bread is fresh and so is their meat. Unfortunately, it seems like they are REALLY skimping on the meat nowadays… the last sandwich I ate there felt like I was just eating lettuce and bread. :(the sandwich should have more than just 5 thin slices of meat for a giant that costs $ 14 after tax.

Jersey Mikes is in some ways better than Subway — and worse. They stack the meat in front of you — and just assembly line your sandwich. However — unlike Subway, you miss out on all the tasty veggies like Spinach. But at least Jersey Mikes is consistent in presentation and a little on the high end god a sandwich.

Yesterday was my first time to Jersey Mike’s. People I know always speak so highly of it so naturally I was eager to try it. Thankfully I had a coupon to offset the slightly pricey sandwiches. First Impressions: I was not greeted when I entered this location though there were approximately 6 people on shift. The gentleman who took my order did not instruct me to follow my sandwich in order to complete my order. Naturally I moved to the right. When nothing that resembled my pastrami sandwich showed up I decided to ask if I was supposed to be doing something else. I was snapped and told«you’re supposed to follow your sandwich». Ok, great… lesson learned for next time. The problem with that is, being that my sandwich was grilled, I could not see it due to the height of the center counter. I had to walk off to the side then get back in line when I saw it was done. VERY annoying. I saw my sandwich wrapped in foil. I asked the cashier if I could have mustard and pepperoncinis on my sandwich. She said«You are supposed to tell us when you order if you want something other than what’s on the menu for the grilled sandwiches». Really?! Another rule to remember. I began to feel as though I needed a handbook for this place! She obliged me and made sure to tell me she would not recommend mustard on a sandwich that has thousand island on it. Good point! But I wanted mustard so give me mustard! Elvia(cashier) was very rude, short and curt. If I owned this location I would be mortified to know she was representing my brand. Overall: I enjoyed my sandwich. The bread was fresh and the sandwich was hot and made well. The overall were friendly EXCEPT for Elvia the cashier. Will I go back? I will definitely go back to Jersey Mikes but will NOT return to this location. My rating is based on the service and not the food.

Came here last July with my mother. First time eating at a Jersey Mike’s. I was very excited to try it because I love sandwiches. Well first of all, one of the doors was broken(yay). Then when we walked in, we had NO greeting. Then, the employees were all laughing and having loud side conversations with each other. They were rude to us and acted like they were trying to rush us out. It was our first time here, no one helped us or gave us any good recommendations, so we were somewhat indecisive and felt it was rude to not even help us. Now, the food was amazing. I have the turkey provolone sandwich and it was so tasty and so filling. It’s what gives this place the two stars. Had the food been horrible, it would have gotten only one star. A few of the tables were very dirty, and they weren’t even busy(we came about 2:30 in the afternoon). They did eventually send someone out to clean the tables. But they employees, my god, THEYWERELOUDANDLAUGHING! It seemed very unprofessional. Even my mom and I felt uncomfortable while we were eating there. Here’s the shocker: we smiled and thanked them for the food while we were leaving. Then guess what? None of them said a word. They all gave us weird looks like we were dumb for thanking them. Really? We came to give us your business, and no greeting, no thank yous? Unprofessional. Would I ever go back to Jersey Mikes? Yes, definitely. The food was great. I really enjoyed my sandwich and it helped my sandwich craving that day. But to this particular location? HELLNO. Very rude employees the day I went. Please respect your customers!

Another Jersey Mike’s location discovered. Actually so it the day I want to Mama’s Grill and decided I had to come. This time I ordered the Roast Beef and Provolone on Wheat Jack’s way. I had them put tomatoes, lettuce, onions, pickles, with a dash of salt and pepper.( ) The sandwich was great and the fresh roast beef flavor came through nicely; hence the reason I did not have them put oil and vinegar. I like the roast beef to come through clearly with nothing to obscure it.( ) All the other ingredients were very good. The provolone had a good nutty quality to it. I had the garden veggie sun chips and they were good.( ) I guess if I had a complaint about Jersey Mike’s subs, it would be the bread. Don’t get me wrong, it is good, but it is not the moistest and it’s kinda flat favor-wise. They carry Tasty Cakes from back east.( ) The service was quick: assembly line process, but the system works because the sandwich came out great. The employees were friendly and had a good sense of humor. I am happy I found another!

I have heard a lot about Jersey Mike’s Subs, so I had to grab a sub. Oh word. «Eh». I was expecting something really great because ‘Mikes Way’ is just how I like my subs if I go to Subway or Submarina. It actually seems like Subway married Submarina when I was having them build my sandwich. In short the theme is cute, but the bread and flavor wasn’t stellar and the sandwich was kind of expensive. I got a mini and it was still about $ 5. It’s fine, but nothing great.
