I am very picky when it comes to finding someone to cut my hair. This is mostly because it is a very personal experience. Not only are you absolutely in the hands and mercy of the person cutting your hair, you also are sitting their for some time and are pretty much forced to communicate. That is unless you don’t have a personality.
Jeovanna has been cutting my hair for 3 years now and I always enjoy her company, her knowledge of hair and the latest styles and products, and the way I look and feel when I leave after my haircuts. Also, the salon she works in is very cute and very cozy.
I always refer my friends to her and it is my pleasure to do so again in this forum. Believe me, I have lived in San Diego for most of my life and Jeovanna is as good as it gets!

Jeovanna simply rocks! She’s attentive, listens to your problems, suggests great home improvement tips and awesome travel tips.

Jeovanna has been cutting and coloring my hair for years. I love going to see her. She is super knowledgeable about products and color, which is really great. I know I can trust her advice. Sometimes she pampers me with a super relaxing shampoo, including a quick little scalp massage and hot compress on my forehead. I love how she treats my 6 year old whom I also take to Jeovanna for haircuts. My daughter feels like a little princess and Jeovanna is really good with kids.

Before Jeo I would very rarely get my hair cut because I was never happy with the outcome. Almost 4 years ago I was recommended to Jeo by a friend and I am DAMN happy that she did. I LOVE LOVE LOVE her! I have a ton of straight heavy hair, and usually it does nothing but sit flat and boring on my head. After going to her, my hair has come to life! She takes my usually cryptic explanations and turns into a masterpiece! She is up to date on the latest trends and will give you her honest opinion! I would follow her any where!

I absolutely love the cut I got from Jeovanna at Flirt. She came highly recommended from another friend of mine who keeps her hair long and well maintained. I actually ended up going bold (10″ cut) and couldn’t be happier with the results. She took into consideration my lifestyle and my interests before ever introducing the shears. There was 0 intimidation or stuffy salon attitudes. Their selection of Bumble and Bumble products was the icing on the cake. Super cute shop too!

I have wavy curly hair and Jeovanna immediately knew how to cut my hair. I have found it very difficult to find someone that knows how to cut wavy hair. She listens to my concerns and always reassures me in what she is doing. I have been getting my haircut by Jeovanna for the last 2 ½ years and have been really happy. The place is very cute and trendy as well. Would highly recommend her.

I love her so much that I travel down from San Francisco for her. I have long, thin blond hair and Joe makes me feel like a movie star. Best hair dresser I have had in years. She won’t go aggressive unless she feels you are ready and styles you to the hill before you leave the salon. If you are looking for a new, fresh, better do then Jeo is your girl. A++. XOXO
