I am a property manager for both residential and commercial. Jacob is a breath of fresh air. His pricing is competitive when I bid out. What I love is that he’s very detailed when he assesses the jobs I give him. No sugar coating, very straight forward. He gives me options when we find issues, so I always know what I’m paying for. And the quality of his work is fabulous, I even referred him to my own mother!

I would recommend Jacob for sure. He was super responsive to all texts and calls. He updated me throughout the process. He completed the job within the needed short time frame on very short notice when he had a last minute opening. He took his time to explain everything to me and make recommendations to make the our rental unit look its best. And fair priced!

We had a small job that we couldn’t get so we decided to call a professional. We called several and Jacob was the second to come out. The job wasn’t too small, he didn’t have a minimum, and he got the job done well for less than the competition. Very personable and on time for the job as well. Thanks Jacob! We will be using him again for any future projects.

I called Jacob this first thing this morning to help me with some drywall holes. I was stressing out about it and asked him if her could please come today. He said he would come over for an estimate and take a look at it. When he got here he was very polite and professional. He was very honest about how he can fix it the expensive way and he explained how he can fix it a cheaper way that it may not look as smooth. I chose the cheaper route and he did a fabulous job! He was great with my dogs that thought they could help too! I would recommend him to any of you, he was fast and efficient. Thank you again Jacob!

I called Jacob in a panic this morning because I had 5 holes in my walls and I needed them fixed the same day. He told me he would give me an estimate on the walls when he got there. He got here and was very polite and very professional. He looked at the walls told me that he could fix it the expensive way and have it be smooth or he could do it a cheaper way and it may not be as smooth. I decided to go with the cheaper route and it turned our fabulous! Jacob showed me how to do this so that way I knew how to if it was to happen again. He was great with my animals worked hard and efficiently! Thank you Jacob for saving the day!

I have used Jacob’s services in both my personal residence and rental properties. He does a comprehensive review of the work and prepares a prompt estimate detailing the scope to provide up-​front agreement on the work. He is reasonably priced, fast, and reliable. Additionally, as with almost any «construction» job, once the work starts unknowns or the need to revise the scope pop up. When this occurs, Jacob promptly provides an oral estimate based on expected additional hours so we can decide to proceed or not. When the work was preformed it never exceeded the estimate. He keeps the work-​site clean during the job and does a thorough final clean-​up. I have been very satisfied with Jacob’s work and feel comfortable giving a high recommendation to all interested in utilizing his services.

Jacob and his crew did a fabulous and timely job on our house in Rancho San Diego. We did 3 colors. He was patient about going over samples with us, and answering our questions. We went with 3 colors, and it looks beautiful. Prior to this, our house was a godawful barn red with peeling paint. It is now a nice beige and very light lemon with white accents. It’s simply gorgeous and sets off our citrus and my roses. I’m so excited about my house having a make-​over, as it’s my first home. I would highly recommend Jacob and I am considering hiring him to do the interior painting as well.
He’s a licensed contractor as well, so we felt really comfortable in that area.
