Jack In the Box

Al llegar me recibieron con una sonrisa muy amables y mi orden no tardo en estar lista. Muy contenta con este lugar. Muy limpio y organizado todo.

Ordered the bacon ultimate cheese burger and curly fries… well…it looked worse than the pork chop that Big Al served in Blood in Blood out. Now the girl who initially took my phone call «Blanca» passed the phone over to someone else because she spoke limited English. Well when I went back so they can honor the free meal they told me I would get… no one remembered who said I would be getting a free meal… will never come back here. Lousy ass service except the young girl working the front she was really nice. And the pregnant supervisor… kept giving me dirty looks after I showed her the picture of the «bacon ultimate cheeseburger» I got

They offer good service but that doesn’t make up for the fact that every single time I’ve ordered through the drive-​thru, they get the order wrong!

Fast, hot, and good!

He was pretty funny, and honestly, started my day in the right foot.
I can’t complain about the food, it was fast, hot and tasted just like I expected.
The place is well lit and right off the freeway. You can get some food and be back on the freeway within 4 – 5 mins.

I gotta say, the reviews don’t reflect the level of service that I received. We went in for an early lunch and were greeted cheerfully. The guy helping us was enthusiastic and helpful and took my order quickly and efficiently.
The décor is new and hip (for a Jack in the Box) and is well laid out. The condiment bar and soda machine are enough to please everyone. My burger and fries were Jack in the Box burger and fries but frankly, I felt like I was in a somewhat more upscale restaurant for my lunch.
I’ll add this to my list of frequently visited lunch haunts. Cheap, convenient, and clean, this place is a bit of alright.

I was there tonight. The guy taking my order «Jose» was extremely rude! When j pulled up to the window I asked who was the smart ass who helped me. The guy who helped me was a supervisor or manager I think but he didn’t care to much for my complaint. I was furious! It’s not the first time I get treated like shit here. My first visit I was helped by a lady at drive thru who was also very rude! Someone needs to look into this. I am shocked at the service here

Brand new location. The drive thru service was slow but the ladies were friendly & gave us plenty of ketchup packets & napkins without asking. The Sriracha burger lacked flavor and was not spicy at all. The mushroom Swiss burger also lacked flavor. We loved the fresh & hot curly fries. Get your choice of regular, curly or wedge fries with your meal.
