Another average Jack In The Box. I miss when this location was a JBX, the food was much better. They offer the same menu items and specials. The food is always hot and fresh. Employees are never overly friendly at this location.

Went to the drive-thru and within a minute pull off and went to another restaurant. The rudest cashier I’ve ever heard in a drive-thru. Won’t come back. –joe.

This Jack in the Box is in need of some serious help. Don’t get me wrong, the food was great and it was extremely clean/maintained, but holy crap the environment was hostile. We came around peak lunch time and apparently the owner was there so everyone was already on their toes. I felt so bad for our cashier. She was being so super friendly and wanting to give us the best experience possible and the cooks and other coworkers were just being extremely mean to her. They were degrading and rude and had her near tears.(i.e. My husband ordered a breakfast menu and the gal said that they made it. After she placed the order the cook staff came out and started yelling at her«we don’t have the steak and egg burrito! Do you SEE it on the menu? Do you?!») And note to the owner: PLEASE tone it down. Coming in and badgering every customer to see what car they drive and if they’re buying food is stressful and very bad for business. I.e. He came in and was yelling«who’s driving the silver Hyundai? Who is driving the silver Hyundai???» When I said it was mine and he saw I had a drink in hand he left. A few minutes later a guy came in and went to sit down at the table and the owner came around the corner telling the guy buy something or leave. I understand that you’re trying to run a business and keeping solicitors out keeps things running smoothly, but you need to seriously tone down the intensity and be a little bit nicer about it… There are good and bad ways to go about this, that was definitely not the good way.

I went to Jack-in-the-Box around 1250am and I place an order for a number 1 an a Swiss chicken sandwich with some potato wedges and a number 21 with french fries and two raspberry tea’s and a jalapeño poppers and cinnamon Cheerios when I got to the window the man said I ordered a number 2 also so that I only ordered one drink and then he got an attitude because I told him that he got the order wrong and he did not give me any ranch sauce to go with my jalapeño poppers the only thing that was good was the food was warm in the drinks were cold but the rest Richie was runny and it didn’t have any flavor it was simply disgusting

We came in and were pleasantly surprised by Lauren. She was handling her duties like a boss. The other employees seemed happy to be working alongside her. It was a pleasant atmosphere.

My friend had a bad experience here. She has a visual impairment and could not find the dining area. So she went hungry. We will not visit this one.

Dear nazary, as it says in my receipt but your name tag said Reyna. You’re one ignorant person if you didn’t think I heard bad mouth me on your com RIGHTINFRONTME to your coworker standing right behind you. I understood you. Just because I have a resting bitch face, doesn’t mean I am one. All I asked was if the kids meal for my children came plain and who the hell knows what you thought I said that made you make that ignorant comment. Maybe you thought I said«complain» so all I did was say it differently then, you understood. Maybe first you could’ve asked me you weren’t sure what I was saying. I wasn’t going to get mad because it’s not my right to judge. But you however, did. If I get sick and die from the food I just ate, it was all your fault. Not to mention my three children too.

This particular JIB is not good. Their customer service needs restructure. Almost every time I go there to order the employees are kind of hostile and try to rush you. They do the bare minimum but that’s it. The only one I like it’s bill. Other than that, they are not personable.

This jack in the box is pretty great for a jack in the box. Sadly they hired this guy named bill, who brings their customer service rating to a one star. He has the biggest attitude on a fast food employee I have ever seen. I hope he gets a nice talk with the manager about customer service because he lacks those skill so so much.

Use the drive through and not the dining room. This used to be a bistro style experiment by JIB that fell flat. Now the dining room is dingy, dirty and has homeless sitting around. I like jumbo jack with cheese and fries I only use the drive through Place is in desperate need is interior remodeling

This is my first 1-star review. Maybe it was just my experience. But our hamburger had a patty that was more the size of a sausage patty.. . The bun hung over it by an additional inch all around the circumference. And it was burnt to a crisp. The restaurant was dirty and the crowd in there was very poor. An astute manager would usher squatters out of there and otherwise create more of a «culture» about the restaurant that a squatter can’t just park in there for hours at a time. I noticed at least a couple questionable patrons with no Jack-in-the-Box items in front of them just daydreaming in there(and smelling very bad). It was embarrassing.. . This is the sort of experience that makes me question going to any Jack-in-the-Box locations anytime. I hate to do a 1-star, but it was just that bad.. .

At 9:31am this morning Ms Elizabeth graciously screwed up my breakfast order. After informing her I wanted breakfast combined #24, she felt like feeding me #26 instead. Usually you are first served your drink upon taking your money but Oh No. not Elizabeth. She takes your money, gives you your food and expects you to drive away without your drink. I said«My coffee?». I asked her a 2nd time foe cream and sugar since one time while ordering was not enough. Management keep her off your drive through and have her work inside taking orders. At least if she messes up your patrons can walk back up to your counter and redo your order. How aggregating especially when your in a hurry to get to work.

this is my ultimate favorite jack in the box ever. I don’t even live close to this location but I drive out of my way everyday before I head to work just to get a coke with ice. Im s super big ice eater and there ice is usually crushed. Not like most places that have the huge square ice cubes. On the other hand the food is pretty killer. My favorite is the bacon potato wedges. see you again tomarrow. oh and the best thing they know me by name and are pretty freaking awesome.

Quiet fast-food restaurant with only our table and two others a little past 6 pm. Being my first time dining at this restaurant as I’m from the East Coast, I’m surprised at its diverse menu items(burgers, chicken sandwiches, fries(straight/curly), rice bowl, and tacos). Enjoyed my freshly cooked Sirloin Swiss & Grilled Onions Cheeseburger and Curly Fries before I went on my way(their mini churros weren’t bad at all too). :P

Jack In the Box, we meet again! This location is my favorite go-to for the area. There’s a descent amount of parking and the interior is pretty nifty. I like how they lock their bathrooms to maintain cleanliness as well. The customer service here has always been professional and the prices are good, especially that value menu! Of course, it’s fast food, so the quality is what it is. Plus, this location tends to attract some odd patrons to say the least. Overall, this Jack in the Box is a good location and if you’re looking for a cheap option for fast food and/or are a Jack in the Box fan, then this is the place to go!

This Jack in the Box location is by far the crappiest Jack in the Box I’ve been to! It is small and dirty, you have to get permission to use the bathroom, and there is a 15 minute max sit time at the tables! Never coming here again.

My favorite J in the B! This location offers consistently fast and friendly service 24 hrs a day. I can always count on them to get my order right as well. I’ve had a couple experiences that weren’t 100% satisfactory: A few unfriendly employees and they ran out of ranch once? Also, they discontinued the mini funnel cakes :-(But I can count those disappointments on one hand(over 7 years) so I’m okay with it. My favorite items are: The new BLT burger(to be honest it tastes like all their burgers but a nice fix if you’re craving a BLT on the go), Bacon and cheddar potato wedges with extra cheese(I get a side of sour cream and they are a meal in themselves), Jumbo Jack with cheese(Inexpensive and satisfying), Chicken club salad with crispy chicken(Who would have thought they would have a good salad?) and of course the curly fries. Not sure if they still offer them, but don’t get the mini cookies. The worst. Perfect place for after a night of drinking. :-)

Please do not eat here… it is beyond disgusting! –1 star which would leave this location with NO stars! I’m so thankful for Unilocal! Now I can finally tell my story! It was about 8pm in the evening and I started to get hungry as I was doing my last-minute paper that was due at the top of the morning. I decided to hop in my car and drive to jack in the crack for a chicken sandwich and some curly fries with a side of their buttermilk ranch :) In less than 10 minutes I went to JNB and was back at home. I bit into my sandwich and it was so delicious! I needed something to help wash it down so I headed to my kitchen and poured myself a drink. When I got back to my sandwich I noticed the chicken patty was burned a little because I saw something black on its surface. As I got closer I noticed there was a dead(thankfully) BLACKWORM nestled in my LETTUCE!!! Before I could blink I was out the door and on my way back to Jack in the Box! Once I got there the lady who sold me the sandwich couldnt comprehend what I was saying at first. I said, «There is a worm in my sandwich» and with a nasty attitude she replied, «You bought it hours ago!» «I really don’t care when I bought the sandwhich, it should not have a frickin worm in it!!!» I screamed at her. She took the sandwich, looked at the worm and gave me a refund. She did not apologize or ANYTHING! I drove off angry as hell. The next morning I called the corporate office and reported the incident. Someone was supposed to call me back, instead I received JNB vouchers! Maybe 20 $ worth. Now you tell me, WHYWOULD I WANTTOEATATJNB again?! I liked Jack in the Box until this happened. so Eek! Methinks not.
