I cannot say enough great things about this practice and hope that more local vets will refer their patients (especially older dogs) such as mine did, for rehab and/​or elderly quality of life care. I thought my 16 year old was pretty much «done» due to mobility issues (arthritis and joint issues) but now 5 months later my dog has been enjoying a second lease on his quality of life. From applying the simple toe grips which were an immediate improvement — to the acupuncture to the laser to the pain control using homeopathic remedies (my dog was having typical side effects from long term use of western pain meds) I am amazed at the results and I was very skeptical to start. The staff are INCREDIBLE. My dog went from being petrified of entering the place (a lifelong anxiety from his pre-​rescue days) to now going right in and cooperating with no fear at all. I still can’t believe it. This practice has multiple options to treat your pet across a broad range of choices and budget ranges based on each individual case. They truly care, they are flexible and pragmatic at the same time.

I am so grateful I was referred to these amazing doctors and technicians. What I love most about them is that they treat your loved one in front of you whenever possible so that you are there to comfort them. Dr. Padilla, both Stacys, and Dr. Varcoe are all fabulous and truly treat your four legged child as one of their own. I also love the Eastern and Western medicine combination of treatments.
I am somewhat of a high maintenance individual specially when it comes to my pet Frosty. They were great at managing the stressed owner as well. All of our visits were with my in-​laws and myself and we were constantly bombarding them with questions etc. Dr. Padilla was kind and calm and did everything in her power to save Frosty.
Unfortunately, Frosty’s time had come and I couldn’t have asked for more compassionate care all the way to the end of his journey. Thanks guys!

I can’t say enough about this place, I went there originally to buy toe grips for my senior dog who was having difficulty getting up and being steady on his feet. He actually was wearing a lift harness so we could aid him in walking. we thought it might be getting time to say goodbye and we were devastated.
He’s almost 14 years old, a great big Labrador suffering from a very bad case of osteoarthritis. While there, I found out about their integrative treatments like acupuncture, healing hand therapy and cold laser. I decided to try it all as a hail mary so to speak, it was truly unbelievable the remarkable progress he has made. He can walk on his own, no harness to lift him up anymore, He bounds up the stairs and is steady on his feet. He has his enthusiasm back and has a puppy sense of joy back in his life. The treatments are reasonable and for anyone out there who has a senior dog who is having difficulty walking, give them a try… I could see the difference in my dog after the first treatment! So it is not only a place to end your pet’s life but to sustain it as well with quality!

I can’t say enough good about Into the Sunset and Sofia and Stacy! These two women are saints and go above and beyond compassion and caring. When I called and said that I needed them to come to my house that day to help my pug (best friend) with end of life care they came. I don’t think there is anyone on this earth that would have treated him with more love and respect, even after he was gone. I will never forget that experience, as one of the saddest yet most beautiful.

The entire team at Into the Sunset were amazing! When I decided that my sweetheart Maltese dog was suffering and it was her time to go to doggy heaven, they were so sensitive, kind and supportive. I could not have asked for a more special and beautiful goodbye to my little one. I am so grateful to have known about Into the Sunset and the wonderful people there. Thank you for treating my dog as your own.
