Not the best service by any means, hookahs over priced and all items are not great quality

Awesome store, great customer service, lots of variety on flavored tobacco, and best prices in town. my man and I bought my first hookah here and it works perfect. A+.

This was my very first search for a pipe shop in Hillcrest in San Diego (and my 1^st search for a ‘head’ shop in over 30 years. Been out of the game just a bit)
They had nice variety of items and price ranges of just about everything they carried (which was quite a bit)
After looking through the vast array of pipes, I picked a nice solid glass model and was happy with my choice.
But, after 8 – 9 days it broke. I didn’t drop it on the floor, just on the counter. It broke way too easilly.
I went back to the store and the guy I’d bought it from was there. I explained what happened. There was one «FAT» pipe I liked. He gave me that for ½ the price I’d pd. for the 1^st pipe. I was happy and all ended well.
Bottom Line;They did me a solid when they didn’t have to. That’s great customer service as far as I’m concerned.
(Only problem is ‘on street’ parking. 4^th Ave. is one way so start looking for spaces as soon as you turn)

The very first time that my boyfriend and I stepped foot in this place, we were there for 45 minutes. The owner, Zach, is a genuinely awesome person who was fun to chat with. He also told us about some pipes and vaporizers that we had never seen before, and gave us lots of interesting information.
On our next visit, we purchased a hookah. Unfortunately Zach wasn’t there, but one of his employees took good care of us. Since then, we have not bought tobacco or coal anywhere else.

A disabled friend of mine bought a pipe in the shop. I had to drop him off because I couldn’t find parking, by the time I parked and got to the store, the guy behind the counter had sold him a basic pipe for $ 50.00. I told him he could get one for half the price just about anywhere. The guy had just rung him up on the cash register and refused to give him his money back. RIP OFF!!!
