Indoor Air Quality

Never use this business! They did an air duct cleaning and sold us a new air filter which they said had to be ordered because it was a custom size. We received it, we put it in and it does not fit. When the air comes on or off it makes a loud bang. This was ordered on July 29, 2014 and installed about three weeks later, after it arrived, by my grandson & husband. We called the company to have them come out, check it & order a new one as they promised when they were here the first time, saying if you have any problems just give us a call. We have called many many times for over a month and still no call from them. We paid way too much for the filter we have found out. We will never recommend this business to anyone.
