Impeccable 10 Nails

I purchased a Groupon for this salon for a mani/​pedi with Bonnie.
First of all there was no parking around the area and it was very hard to find this salon.
When I arrived I was seated and greeted by the very friendly receptionist.
When Bonnie came out about 5 minutes later, she informed me that she did not have the time to do both scheduled appointments but only have time to do one even though I have talked to her the previous week and confirmed both a manicure and a pedicure. She later told me she was not a manicurist. I was confused as someone that is advertising on Groupon or in a Salon should be certified and not telling their potential clients that. I told Bonnie I would return the Groupon and she said for me to try which I did and luckily got a refund via Groupon. She then told me to come back with a discounted rate but after all the hassle I went through, I decided to go somewhere else.
I do not recommend this «manicurist». Very unprofessional.

I get my nails done by Bonnie Berry at Impeccable 10 Nails, and she does a fantastic job. She really takes her time to make sure that my nails come out perfect. I am always so impressed with my nails, they always turn out beautiful! I always get compliments on how great they look. Her salon is clean, comfortable, and relaxing.

I heard about Bonnie through Groupon. I purchased a deal for a shellac manicure and pedicure and booked my appointment. When I arrived I was seated in a nice reception area while the receptionist went to tell her I had arrived. When the receptionist returned she said Bonnie had asked if I would mind waiting while she finished a pedicure. I said that would be okay and I began waiting…
As I was waiting, another person had shown up asking for Bonnie too. Confused, I continued waiting. For 45 minutes!
When Bonnie finally came out (45 minutes after my appointment time) she began visiting with the other people waiting (apparently friends visiting SD).
I could not believe the whole ordeal.
Finally when she had her space cleaned she took me back. She didn’t even apologize for making me wait almost an hour in the reception area.
Bottom line: mediocre mani/​pedi not worth the hassle.
I would have walked out and never came back had I not already spent the money on the Groupon. I will definitely never be back again.

I got a mani and pedi from Bonnie today! She was the sweetest and did such a great job! She is very knowledgable and I could tell she’s been doing this for a while. I’ll definitely be recommending her to my friends! The whole salon seemed like they take great care of customers and made me feel comfortable!

Bonnie is so detailed, friendly and professional! I found her on Groupon and I’m so glad that I did — she is definitely my go to manicurist.

I get my nails done by Bonnie berry at impeccable 10 nails, at golden touch salon, and she is wonderful! She is not only an awesome person, but an amazing manicurist! I refuse to go to anyone else anymore. She makes herself available when I have a nail emergency, and if I need a quick mani or pedi and her work is always impeccable! I highly HIGHLY recommend her to anyone and everyone. She can do it all! Love her!

I found Bonnie through a Groupon… I needed a shellac manicure and a pedicure before my daughter’s wedding. Bonnie is set up in her own room and is very professional. I loved the manicure… very good attention to detail. And then… the amazing chair that gives you a full body massage while you are getting a pedicure! Seriously… sooo relaxing and fun! And Bonnie’s pedicure was amazing, too! She applied cream… wrapped my foot up to let it soften everything… and then really made my feet feel special! I would highly recommend Bonnie!

I bought a Groupon for my friend and I, she makes it easy to book because you can do it online, text, or call her. Her business is inside a salon and the girl at the front is super sweet, very welcoming. I will be coming back for sure!
