Great place for your landscape projects. I have gone there for pipe fittings, lights, fertilizer and a controller. I am just a homeowner but they let me setup an account for a small discount. Not as good as the big company’s but better than a poke in the eye with a dirty stick! Sometimes the wait can be too long; hence a 4 and not a 5.

I’ve been doing business with Hydro-​scape Products for over 20 years. Yes, there are competitors, but Hydro-​scape has them beat at all levels. Trust me I’ve shopped them all. Their product lines are unequalled. The sales people are very knowledgeable. They will answer your questions and solve your needs by providing you the right product at the right price.

My whole yard was flooded today! After digging out my yard and figuring out the source of the issue, I ran to Home Depot to buy my new plumbing parts! Since I have become a home owner you come to realize Home Depot actually doesn’t have everything! I have been to specialty stores non stop, for this and that. I needed a unique sprinkler valve in order to match what burst in the first place. The worker at the Depot told me to come to Hydro Scape! Of course they close in 9 minutes! I called and let them know I was five minutes away, and as long as they don’t shut down early that I’d be there right on time! I hurried over and made it right as they were rolling the gate closed! Lucky me! I don’t think they were going to wait an extra moment! I rolled in with my old part, And Charlie was able to hook me up with something comparable and described some basics to me in a speedy manner! I appreciated his extra time!

Do not order rocks here, they are just a middle-​man who takes a profit and gives you the run around.

Great service! If they don’t have what you’re looking for, they’ll order it. One day service usually. The counter staff always recommends additional parts or supplies you might need (primer/​batteries). One stop shop for me.

I have been a landscape contractor for 15 years and have been a customer of Hyrdo-​Scape Products since I started. I have seen many ups and downs in the industry over the last 4 years with the economy and have watched as competitiors of Hydro-​Scape have had to close their doors. I admit that at times there is a longer wait here due to the fact that they have had to minimize their staff because of this recession, but if you have a little bit of patience, you won’t be disappointed. Their sales staff is knowledgeable, and if they don’t know an answer to your question they are always willing to research it for you.
I’ve read other reviews where they complain about the wait, and like I stated above, there are times you have to wait longer than usual, especially in the summer months, but if you are in a hurry, or know what you want or need, you can utilize their will call system. You call it in in advance, give them an hour or two to get it ready, go in and pick it up. Simple as that. I compare it to ordering pizza, if you call it in before you go then, you don’t have to wait for them to prepare it, same goes with will call orders.
I’ve been to the other irrigation distributors over the years, but I will continue to be a Hydro-​Scape customer because of the people who work there. They are simply the nicest people in the industry.

Well here is a business that has not handled growth very well. Slow service, crappy counter men. I once waited 1.5 hrs to get servied. The same time I could have ran to Ewing and did selfserve in less time. Sorry to see Fread go. Sorry guys.
