Hooters

The service we had was beyond poor. Charmaine kept forgetting the orders. People around us came and went as we sat. Restaurant was busy but most customers seemed satisfied. Food was decent. Most Hooters are good I think this Manager is just to lax.

If they wanna like make money they need learn how to wait on tables. I have been sittin here for about 15 minutes n they haven’t even taken our drink order. Literally every waitress is walking around with a dumb ass look on their face like its the first day on the job for all of them. Literally ready to leave.

The wings here were pretty good I ordered a 20 piece to share with my boyfriend and we got the original hot sauce and the 3 mile island and some kind of garlic flavored one. They were all tasty but nothing special. We also ordered the curly fries with cheese they were just okay. Not sure if I would come back here nothing was that memorable to be honest

Location wasn’t the greatest, average atmosphere and setting. The servers were cute and friendly but our server was slow and constantly wondering around. To the point, that two other girls help us out during our night. Over all it was okay and i would come back.

Came here for the Wings Wednesday, and was already expecting the place to be kind of busy. But waiting for almost 30+minutes for our waitress to acknowledge us is horrible.

We, party of 6 arrive at around 9:15 pm.
The hostess greets us and asks us if we wanted a table or booth. I thought it was cool that we were given options.
The downfall
9:20 we ordered food
9:30 some random plate of wings arrive that we didn’t order and we ask the runner to take it back only to come back and say «I’m told that it goes here»
Close to 10:00 we start getting parts of our order. I was missing fries
(Somewhere along here the server claimed she got clocked out and we were goin to be given another server)
10:10 wings are done and the plates are stacked by the end of the table. Servers passed multiple times but no service
10:30 friend physically gets up to get the manager
I wouldn’t even give 1 star if I had that option. Worst service and. Even with the discount I still feel like we overpaid for the food and service we had. Never going back there again

By far worst experience… «all you can eat» sat for 2 hours and got 2 plates. And one refill of water. Talked to manager and he offered me coupons… I’m done. Never coming back.

We had a great meal with cold beers and drinks. The service is always great. We where asked to move seats due to a big party. They where very polite and generous. They offered a twenty percent discount. This place rocks. Will definetly return for beers and a good game.

Jess seemed nice. I ordered the cheeseburger and curly fries. After a couple of hours, I felt like vomiting. I had no other food after that meal until the evening when my symptoms went away.

Hooters is not like I remember it. Maybe it’s just this one?
First, the service was soooo slow in bringing our food. We got our buffalo shrimp pretty quick in the beginning then our food took almost 30 minutes but it wasn’t even everything! My son ordered a kids hot dog and didn’t eat it. The bread was hard and stale and the hot dog didn’t seem cooked. Maybe just steamed a little. We could’ve gone to Costco for much better quality and a hell of a lot less! My boneless buffalo wings were more like popcorn chicken! They were nasty and again I could’ve gone to wings n things or chick fil a for better quality!
BOTTOM LINE… NOT COMING BACK!
Okay after more investigation I dropped the rating to 1 star! I wondered why my son barely touched his fries and I tried to eat one and they were so inedible. Stale and disgusting! Now I know our food was sitting out for the whole time we were waiting! I told our server that I wasn’t paying for his food!
I should’ve checked Unilocal before coming here but it’s Hooters. You’d think it was good. It’s not!

I came in there for the Auburn football game. We won! So I felt nice and got the staff Starbucks. One of the Managers got jealous because he was not there when the other staff ordered. Created a lie, said I offended a customer by giving coffee to the staff. I got offended and left, what ingrates!

Came here on a Saturday afternoon. It was pretty dead probably because of the holidays. We were seated right away. We ordered lots a tots and breaded wings (hot and samurai) both were good. Service was normal. Nothing to brag about. Left full and content. This is probably my go to spot for wings if BWW is packed.

Where do I start. All you can eat wings has potential to be a good thing. Unfortunately this hooters always manages for f*ck this up. Olivia our waitress was nice enough, but messed everything up. Boneless wings not boneless etc. Wrong sauces and empty drinks. Aside from all that. We had a 30 – 40 min wait time in between Wings and wings were undercooked. In Olivia defense some of the mistakes appeared to have come from the kitchen. You could see her arguing and pointing at the receipts when taking back messed up order. s
It seemed like the manager could really care less. She walked around asking people about their experience but seemed disinterested when we mentioned the service.
The only fun thing we had was reading the Unilocal reviews while waiting on wings. It appears all the 5 stars are from friends and family of the waitresses. Nearly every 5 star mentions an alexis, crystal or some other waitress name, beware.
This will be the last time we attempt to eat at this hooters. If I could give it less than 1 star I would. This place needs new management, owner, waitresses and cooks.

A table, please! (She goes completely blank, asks my name and tells me she will call me when a table is ready. One more thing… the place is ¾ empty!!!
I wait for a few… and realize how idiotic this is.
I have not seen a place that deserves its low ratings as this Hooters. Please, hire somebody! Even a star is too much…

Espirita was fantastic. Super friendly and attentive. She was always checking on us and was very friendly. The wings were great and the sliders were good too. Charmaine and Destiny were also very pleasant. We had a great time. Go Bears!!!
Too bad all the negative reviews on here. Most Unilocalers are idiots. If you don’t have anything nice to say, GTFOH.

The service here is good, but the food is meh. My server was amazing. She was attentive and helpful and accommodating to my requests. She checked back on me often and was quick to serve. I ordered a bbq pork sandwich, and when I got it, it was soggy at the bottom from either grease or butter. When I picked it up, there was a pool of grease just soaking through the paper under it. The pork was dry, and I couldn’t really taste the sauce. The drinks are alright. I ordered a passion fruit Rita Gone Wild, and while it was pretty tasty, I couldn’t really taste the passion fruit. It was just some tequila with a sliiiiiight hint of citrus from the orange juice.

There are 15 empty tables and the hostess is forcing us to wait 15 – 20 minutes. When I asked the manager, she said he will say the same thing with the attitude I don’t care…
Hostess name is Jazzee. She is not the prettiest but meanest in hooters. I recommend her to move drive through McDonalds…
The manager came and right the way found us a place. On the way to table, I asked Jazzee name, she told me why, what are you going to do. Well Jazzee, guess what none of us, one single customer is scared from you, surprise :)
The manager apologized and promised to punish her and offered us free beers…
I still like Hooters but Jazzee please you are not belong to here. Bario Logan McDonald’s hiring…

I feel their service is getting better from the first couple of times I’ve been here. However, I came here last night and we had 3 different waitresses. We were only here for an hour and a half. 3! After bringing our drinks the first waitress tells us she is going home and introduces us to our new waitress. After 40 minutes our waitress tells us she is going on her 30 minute break.
The fried pickles were greasy. They are always greasy I guess. They make mules here now! The happy mule is my favorite.
We tried the Wednesday special. 10 boneless wings and fries for 7.99. Next time I will stick to the tenders. The boneless wings I feel were heavily breaded. I already had fried pickles and alcohol I don’t need these extra carbs in my life.
Side note– They offered shots on «fleek». Had to urban dictionary fleek for my husband. Means on point. We didn’t try but they have these fleek shots here if you wanted to try one.

Can’t say too much about the service since I only had food delivered to me (free delivery provided by my sister, don’t think they have a delivery service here)
In any case, GREAT Wings ! Although I would’ve liked some carrot sticks…
