Went to Dr. Ho for the duration of my pregnancy. Her front desk is rude and I always had to wait at least 30 minutes to be brought back into a room where you have to wait another 20 minutes. When I finally went in to deliver, I was fully dilated and my doctor was not there. The nurses called her and she was at home feeding her husband, and I was fully dilated and told I had to wait for her to get there to begin to push…30 minutes later she showed up without a care in the world and I had been in pain ready to push. Mind you the nurses called her three times but instead of coming to the hospital to take care of her patient she went home instead. She is unprofessional and has no bed side manners. Extremely disappointed.

Nice how I revised that, again, right? Well, it turns out that it wasn’t the office that screwed me over as it was a recent revision in my health insurance policy that restricts the approved places I can to for annual check-​ups. After I tearfully called up the office about the crazy bill, the secretary I talked to seemed indifferent, but Lanny (who I think does billing) bent over backwards to investigate what went wrong. She figured it out and helped me to get a discount on the costs.
