I’ve bought two HP laptops and was utterly disappointed in both. the first laptop constantly overheated and the battery would never charge properly eventually not charging at all. The second laptop had the same problem except this time my hard drive crashed. I couldn’t possibly see myself EVER buying another HP laptop!

WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICEEVER… Called RANCHOBERNARDO and spent in excess of an hour dealing with MANILLA, and a «Representative» named«Morgan» who couldn’t give a crap about anything including a recall she didn’t know about on my power cord which is likely to go up in flames. After providing ALLOFMYPERSONALINFORMATION, as well as the serial number of the malfunctioning and overheating power cord, she demands the serial number on my computer; the computer I REGISTEREDWITHYOUWHEN I BOUGHTIT… I explain that I can’t SEE that serial number and it’s the POWERCORD with the issue, which I provided for her… Now I have spent well over an hour to have this person disconnect me, resolve NOTHING, cost me time, and my power cord is still HOT… I’m sure I am not alone, as in excess of 5 million cords were affected; let’s see how many of them are as pissed off as I am… I have purchased HP products for in excess of 30 years and I’M DONE, you care not about your customers and that makes you suck…

Love this place! Been showing up here for six years doing computer stuff & they keep giving me a pay check. It’s a great arrangement. I call it a job.

I WAS a loyal HP consumer till I purchase an HP17 Envy Notebook. After going through several with the same issue I actually had one that lasted 4 months. Unfortunately I got it from Costco(Loyal Customer) and their return policy is 90 days. Well HP has had my notebook for several weeks and it is finally be delivered(hopefully) today. I was never updated on why it took so long to repair. I always had to follow up only to speak with a CC service rep in India. They were clueless. If you earn your living off of a computer you feel my pain. Sorry HP but you LOST another loyal customer. Maybe I should jump ship to the Apple world? They seem so happy with their products.
