my shipment arrived from Honolulu to San Diego on Hawaiian Airlines Flight HA 016. This location never bothered to contact me to tell me that the freight is there. Worse yet, they put me on hold for 30 minutes and not pick up, so I gave up and hang up. when i called back, the line was busy. When I finally got through, they told me 2 boxes of my freight is missing and that they’d search for it and call me back. They never called me back.
This airline cargo facility is handled by Delta Cargo, so maybe it’s more Delta Cargo’s fault.
The only thing going for them is the Honolulu office was more helpful and gave me
some info, but in the end I still have to call these people again.
update: I reached the supervisor Ryan by email. He was a lot more responsive and helpful. He told me that my shipment did arrive with 2 boxes missing, but it was probably not loaded by the sender, so that cleared up some questions.
