Hardie Orthodontics

I’ve had braces for over 2 years and finally I got my braces off. My smile is back :) Both of the Hardies have been great to me, very professional. Of course the ladies who work there are AMAZING! I love them all! My only advice to people who are considering to have braces on is that you should mention your time line to your doctors to be on the same page and definitely wear your rubber bands :) I would recommend Hardie Orthodontics to everyone.

Dr. Hardie did my son’s first phase but when it was time for his second phase our insurance had changed so we ended up with another Orthodonist.

Friendly, caring & dedicated staff! I’ve never had a problem and have seen them all go the «extra mile». Jill, the office manager even came in on a Saturday to provide my son with a mouth guard when he was told by a team mate he would need one to compete in his soccer game that day. They have always been forthright and encouraging. My son doesn’t brush his teeth very well and they have fun & motivational games to inspire better oral care. I was never asked for money upfront but was provided a payment plan. So glad that I chose to take my son to Hardie orthodontics.

Both of my boys were treated by Hardie orthodontics and we couldn’t be happier! They were always on time with their appointments, professional and honest. (And Dr. Hardie is hilarious to boot!). For the price and value, you can’t beat this practice. He is board certified and you can certainly tell by his knowledge and detailed approach. Thank you, Hardie Orthodontics, for making my kids smiles PERFECT!

Went through Invisalign braces with my son at this office and I tell my friends DON’T GO THERE… We had what I thought were minor issues at first, such as front desk and staff not being the most friendly, never being able to schedule appointments when it was convenient for us and hoped they were having bad or buys days for them. (Orthodontist runs between three offices and hires associates who are overworked and leave after a year or two)
Couple major problems I’d like to share: My son followed instructions extremely diligently but the treatment was double the time of what they Dr. Hardie told us at the beginning (3 years instead of 1.5) and his teeth were not even that crooked. Hence, a Invisalign candidate. Dr. Hardie also recommended that my younger one have 2 teeth extracted and so I got a second opinion from another orthodontist, who we eventually went to, who said it was unnecessary. Having gone through braces with another orthodontist for other child, I can now see how this office is much less professional and doesn’t care about the patients at all. There were no follow up appointments or check ups scheduled and hardly any encouragement for my son to wear his retainers. As you soon as they have your money and retainers handed off, they seem to forget you. Our other orthodontist will see my other child 4 times the first year after braces are off to ensure the retainers are doing what it’s supposed to and the teeth don’t move back.
Dr. Workman was great when she worked there as an associate and she left to start her own practice & I would highly recommend her. She was the only reason we stuck to Hardie Orthodontics and without her, this place is sure to go downhill even more.
