Don’t do it for a hair cut. Probably the worst I have ever got. Dude was probably still mad about WWII. Not very good at speaking English either, I wish I could give no stars. I don’t know way this place is so high rated, probably the nails they do.

Where is the other one star review? It doesn’t seem to be here anymore… so, for boys and men they do ok. Women? Not so much. Be careful. I showed the lady what I wanted from the picture on the wall. I grew it out for a year to have it long enough for that style. Only to have her screw it all up and take it all off. I was pissed as anyone can imagine. Not going back EVER!

Mr. Sang rocked out my cut exactly as I wanted. at $ 12 for a guy cut, this cant be beat for quality and cost. i highly recommend

OK, I had to write a review after seeing a one star rating for Happy Cut. I have been going to Happy Cut for two years and Helen’s cuts are as good or better than $ 50 cuts I have had from the best Salons in San Diego. Both Helen and her counterpart are skilled and have been cutting hair for 30 years. Happy Cut is the best value haircut you can find and they always pay attention to detail and I promise you will leave Happy!

I continue as a happy client at Happy Cut and continue to be satisfied w/​both their work and the casual and friendly vibe of the place. They do not mess up my hair at all and Helen, the owner is very friendly, not just on a professional level, but on a personal level as well. She truly cares about her clients/​customers and wants them to be happy w/​her work. Even when she has a client waiting, she doesn’t rush the one she already has which is awesome. I have had hairdressers who rush my haircuts as soon as someone else comes in for a haircut and that annoys me.
I have gone to Happy Cut for a long time and have not ONCE gotten my hair chopped off or my color gone wrong.

This salon should just be a baber shop. I took my 8 year old son in and wanted his haor trimmed and just a little off his ears. He ended up with a high and tight military cut.

I absolutely love this place. I had my hair cut and colored by Chris and I am so excited I finally found a stylist I LOVE!!! Chris did an amazing job cutting my hair exactly how I wanted it. He knew the look I wanted and made great recommedations that made it even better! He did a great job coloring my hair and the color is perfect. Chris is awesome and I will definately see him again.
