H & P Refrigeration

H & P Refrigeration is definitely the best refrigeration company I have dealt with. Their professionalism and punctual service was an added bonus to H&P’s extremely reasonable prices! They worked precisely and quick, so I didn’t feel as though I was being hustled for more labor time. I would recommend them to any restaurant, bar, deli, grocery stores, or any business with refrigeration equipment!!!

Truly the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. We had H & P refrigeration come out to clean the compressor of our freezer. They cleaned the compressor then left. When they left the freezer was still not back up to freezing temperature but we figured it was because they had had it unplugged for awhile. We left for the day because it was already after hours for us. When we came in the next day the freezer was shut off and all of our food was destroyed. We called H & P refrigeration to come out and when they did, the tech admitted they must have shaken the timing wire loose, causing the machine to shut down. He fixed it. However when we went to discuss reimbursment for the food lost (about $ 1000 worth of food!) the owner, Diane, was extremely rude and accusatory, saying it was not their fault. They admitted the freezer worked fine when they got there, and did not wait for it to come back down to freezing temp when they left, but she still insisted it was not their doing. Not only was she extremely unhelpful, she was very very rude at the same time and unprofessional. I would never, under any circumstances hire this company again– stay away!
