I have very mixed feelings about this H&M. There are times when the store is very clean and the workers are nice. They’ll apologize when the line is too long, or they’ll help find a product. But then there are times when the store is FILTHY! Trying to walk by the shoes is a nightmare with shoes covering the ground. It’s actually dangerous and someone could easily trip. And sometimes there is this beeping noise that rings throughout the store. It’s loud and gets really annoying and ruins my shopping experience.
Overall, this place is just meh. If I’m in the area I’ll go but by no means will I go out of my way to go to this location.

I love h&m and it’s one of my top brands. So I was very excited that they were opening an outlet store.
I went here during the middle of the week to make sure I avoid the weekend crowds and ensure I can find what I need in Stock right away. (I learned from experience as a past retail employee. best time to shop).
However, I was pretty disappointed because they overstocked EVERYTHING. I mean it’s not a problem to put what you have on the floor but seriously? Everything I tried to grab was stocked to the max that clothes kept falling and to make it worse the clothes aren’t even sized right.
I get you’re trying to cater to foreign tourism shopping. But cleanliness first, that means don’t stock your items that they’re literally bursting at the racks.
To all the Trolls… dont get so upset im just writing an honest review.
It’s not the end of the world, i still shop here, and people will still shop here.

I will have to give it a one star for their check out lines. 1st there is a constant beep coming from the register (a magnet beeps letting the cashier know the alarm is still on the cloth) Second and more importantly there can be 5 – 6 people in front of you and its a 25 minute wait. There are many other stores in this shopping center to go and will not have the 25 minute wait for sure! I steer away now. There is a new store a few doors down with lot less wait, they now have my business for sure!
