Watched my gf do an exchange here after paying with cash 48 hours earlier. They said store credit or a check for her refund from HQ. Terrible…

I went to this location only because I had a meeting downtown, Horton Plaza is for tourists and I don’t make this my first shopping destination. The«service» I received from Rose was atrocious to say the least. She was very unwilling and hesitant to help right away. She had an attitude that clearly she is not fit to have. Obviously doesn’t want to make the customer happy and thinks she can laugh at the customer and belittle. I don’t think so. She wouldn’t even listen to me. Poor, poor work ethic. Shes the type that if I was buying a shit ton of product would be kissing my ass, but since I am not she could care less. It must be hard to be 40 and working at guess but come on, put on your happy face one time and help the customers! She told me to go back to Fashion Valley for help. I instantly called Fashion Valley after I left and the manager there was so, so sweet and apologetic. She told me that she could help me and did not make me feel bad at all. The way it should have been. Inconveniencing your customers and pissing them off so they don’t return is not what a manager’s job entails. Calling the district manger on this lazy, poor excuse of an employee.

5 star service at the Guess store IN Horton Plaza. First let me start out by saying that Rose the store manager is an awesome woman and store manager. She puts her heart into her shift and the store is always immaculate, as she is ever so diligently running around and organizing and folding, displaying or helping a customer. Her entire team the same, there is always someone to help you with questions or sizes. Rose runs a 1st class operation at this Horton Plaza location. I prefer going to this Guess store rather than the others, because I know I will get top notch service. Dressing your wife or girlfriend up in Marciano/Guess clothing is a VERY good idea gentleman, and I must say their line is BEAUTIFUL right now, go and check it out. Marciano…buddy… Marciano how I love the way you design womans pants, they fit so perfectly. Tight, quality jeans never go out of style, PERIOD. Men… go here and buy your woman an outfit… I promise that the shoes, pants and tops you buy her will make you as happy as it makes them, trust me.

Guess sells pretty expensive, semi skanky clothes. The fit of blouses and skirts are über tight, which means they help accentuate a lady’s curves. Although the clothes here are pricey, I wouldn’t recommend them for wearing around the office because every piece of clothing is super duper fitted. I saw the cutest button up blouse and jacket here, but everything here is a little too va-va-voom. In fact, I think guess always has a leopard print piece of clothing in stock. The apparel here certainly isn’t demure and a lot of the clothes are too casual for my taste. Guess has tons of sweat-esque jackets and pants that cost a fortune. The brand is also big on tattered jeans. Although the apparel is expensive I think most of their stuff looks cheap and loud
